“The main problem I have was the corners are whiter than the bricks & the actual bricks where 60mm & 65mm. Been building for 45 years so if these were face bricks I'd chuck them in the bin.”

“The product is excellent, but quality of packing is useless. Polystyrene open topped boxes (One with a complete side missing) Shrink wrapped onto a pallet. our order was for 5 boxes (150 slips). Order was delivered with 11 broken pieces. Our builder had warned about this from previous experience, so we had ordered more than required. Fragile items in open boxes bouncing around on the back of a lorry - not good.”

“Communication about the order has been poor. The slips should have been delivered by now but after my contacting the company I'm told they maybe delivered later this week. Not good!”

“We sent an email asking for help on making sure we have the good amount of slips and corners needed for a project and the reply was a link to your website were you can only put the width and height (like we weren’t able to get to that ourselves!) and not the solution we were looking from your sales team.”

“A couple of issued with broken slips but was sorted out quickly. I'm trying to fix these myself and asked for help before buying. However I've not received any. Youtube didn't seem to show fireplace installation. I note that other slip companies offer advice via chat.”

“We collected the brickslips order from their yard at Lound, and after unpacking the next day we found a quantity of them 'curved' and difficult to lay. We brought this to the attention of the sales team and they kindly refunded us for these faults. In all fairness the fireplace project turned out well and the 'Audley Antiqu' brick slips achieving the desired look in an Edwardian terraced house. Philip”

“The pallet arrive with 12 slips broken. I’m not sure it was your fault or the delivery driver/company. I will expect additional to be sent. Delivery company sent numerous emails detailing delivery info only to turn up a day later expecting me to be waiting for them.”

“At first I was delighted with this company they arrived on time and I was kept informed each step ,there was a few broken tiles , but that wasn’t the issue , when I tried to order more as I was short the delivery cost was £50 for a 19.99box of tiles ! Even when I wrote to them they never did anything to help ,I notice when ordering there was a spase for a discount code , thinking if I at least received that, it would offset some of the cost but they would not even give me that Very disappointed in the customer service”

“Delivery turned up earlier than advertised and there was no body available to collect. Ordered 4m2 and it did not cover anywhere near that area meaning I will have to do something else as I will not pay another £50 delivery for a few more.”
