“I ordered slip bricks wick on the site said they were grey I have rang and also emailed yo tell them the colour is caramel and passed from pillar to post and still nowhere near resolving the situation”

“I had a 4 hr round trip to return about 4 boxes. One of the boxes had 1 missing and they say they can only refund full boxes. Also even though i dropped them straight to the yard i was charged a substantial handling fee. I was not told this until i received a mail couple days later. So they have a full box minus 1 which i have paid in full. After numerous emails sent i never got a reply. Also about 10% of each box was broken. Not an issue as i used them for cuts. But they will not refund if any are broken.”

“I can not fault the product just when I gave the measurements they told me I needed x amount but really could have done with half when told them about it they just said they were right”
