“It as great that we were able to order two free samples. The only downside was that they took quite a long time to arrive. We were very pleased with the samples but will not be using them as our wood burner installer uncovered lovely bricks in our fireplace underneath a dated fire surround!”

“Prompt delivery, great quality product. Excessive delivery charge for a small number of slips but appreciate that can happen with a pallet delivey, but £60 for £100 of slips is a lot. A number of slips were broken but i think there are extra slips provided to accommodate this, we ended up 5 short.”

“Samples arrived quickly but the glue holding them on to the sample board was wet and some of them had fallen off. Not a problem for me at all but it might be useful for you to know.”

“Great service. Loved the free plaque displaying three samples chosen. From samples we made and order. We were phoned to organise delivery at our convenience, asking to avoid school pick up and drop off times. The pallet arrived on the day specified, early, at school drop-off time. Which made us late. Also, there were not 2 people on delivery. And I am disabled, terminally ill. I ended up helping offload the pallet. Not good. Lovely slips. Well packaged. But, I will not be ordering from them again. Just to mention, our email sent to them initially to enquire went unanswered. However, live chat was answered quickly.”

“Samples cam super quick and free , only downside is colour differed from expected, proves due to computer setting etc , it just made choosing harder with the need to order more slips”

“Great and free delivery of some Victorian Red slips bricks. Delivery arrived in bubble wrap and in a cardboard box. I damaged delivery.👍🏼. Unfortunately the samples have been too small (210 required 230mm). Thank you very much.”

“Very pleased with tiles overall Did have a number of breakages, that being said, the after sale department were quick to respond and arrange for replacements to be sent out. Had it not been for the inconvenience of breakages we’d have given a 5 star.”

“Amazing they send out free samples which must cost quite a bit to post as they are heavy. Sent few bricks from range to show variety of colour in each set. Took around one week to arrive. Seem very good quality and reasonably priced.”

“The ordering was good however the delivery was debatable, at least two of the bricks were broke and the container of primer was damaged but fortunately not leaking.”
