“Generally pleased but the brick slips looked a different colour to the photos on the website- much more red. Also at least 10-20% of tiles were broken on arrival - had to use them all though or would have been short. Look ok on wall though if you don’t look too close”

Hi Nick, I am sorry that you ended up with breakages. As our product is so fragile we do recommend that customers order 10% to try and account for any potential breakages. However, I am glad you were able to finish your project and thank you for a 4-star review.

“Good products, fair price. Always very helpful and informative over the phone. Second job came without some adhesive, but they were quick to remedy and sent out within a few days. Downside, delivery very expensive if you are a small buyer. I was doing DIY at home, just a few walls, £45 for a roadside delivery is expensive if you are only spending £500 with them. Overall though very pleased with the look of the job. We purchased the old coach house slips and they look fantastic!”
