“The service was good the customer care was excellent The response was good with sending me samples to make my mind up on which product to choose Sadly I chose to clad the porch with pvc otherwise I would have used slip brick it is excellent idea”

HI Hayden, Thank you for leaving us a review, we are disappointed and confused to see that you have left us a single star review. We were hoping you may have left us a 5 star review in return for the 4 free of charge sample panels we sent you, or the fast delivery you received from placing multiple orders with ourselves. With regards to our communication being very poor, we have a sales office that is open from 8:30am -5pm Monday - Friday. This is longer opening hours than the Buckingham Palace reception, so we do not agree that you would have more chance of getting hold of the Queen.

“I have done many brick slips projects and usually use a different online supplier, wish I had not used this company. Quality of brick slips is poor. Customer service is poor, they are not prepared to help on the phone even when they answer the phone they just say email us instead but they only respond to emails occasionally. Brick slips arrived wet on a pallet and with many broken. When the slips dried out on the wall they cracked due to shrinkage. (Customer services would not reply to me about this problem) Their estimation guide is wildly out so you order much more stock than you need. I have done many brick slip projects and have only used this company once and it was a bad experience. I would not recommend this company at all.”

“TBS offer a good range of brick slips and all at competitive prices. Delivery is good and the slips are well packaged, I only had 3 broken out of 3.5 m2. The adhesive supplied is very good bonding to bare, sealed and painted plasterboard. The lime based mortar for pointing dries out to a nice light colour and is easily applied by trowel or mortar gun. Good company to buy from.”

“Awful… First and second lot of deliveries, bricks arrived damaged and you wouldn’t take accountability for it. Instead you ridiculed me for not ordering 10% more than what I NEEDED to counter for any breakages. How ridiculous is that? Why should I order more/pay more for breakages caused by you… I got a measly £9 refund for 12 broken bricks which is ridiculous in itself and there was no apology for the way the freight company handled my order when delivery commenced. Will not be ordering with you again”

Hi Emma, Thank you for leaving us a review, we are disappointed to here that you were not completely satisfied with your experience with us, we do always recommend customers order an additional 10% of products to cover any additional cuts, and damages you may encounter whilst installing or to cover the small amount of breakages you may receive in transit. I can see from your review that we refunded you your damaged slips straight back to you, to ensure you were not out of pocket, and we also did not collect these so we hope that you managed to use these in your project as generally a minimum of 15% of the slips will need to be cut onsite to keep your brick bond pattern.
