“Really impressed with all aspects of my purchase. The product was as good as I hoped for and easy to affix. The lime mortar finished it all off and I’m delighted with the end result. A few slips were damaged and they replaced them promptly. The customer service and comms were good throughout.”

“Product OK Delivery charge is outrageous and totally unacceptable. I'm glad to have the opportunity to express my horror at this charge which is completely and unreasonably out of contention with the price of the product. Please advise me how you are proposing to make amends for this very regrettable experience - some sort of refund would be appropriate I expect a reply to this e-mail Richard Kelly”

Hi Richard, Thank you for leaving us a review, and we are disappointed to here that you have had a regrettable experience paying for your delivery charge. We appreciate delivery charges are increasing rapidly at present due to the current haulage crisis, however we have held our prices since 2019 at a great cost to ourselves - we still have one of the cheapest delivery charges in the UK. Due to brickslips/mortar/adhesvie etc being a heavy and bulky product these have to be delivered on large 18ton delivery vehicles using a nationwide pallet network to keep the costs as low as possible, unfortunately these cannot be delivered via the post or a amazon type parcel delivery. On top of trying to minimise our delivery charges at our expense, we also do not hide these and are upfront at all stages about our delivery costs so our customers place their order in full knowledge of the delivery costs, also we have opened up our warehouse for collections which are of course free of charge for customers who can arrange to collect their orders at a lower cost than having them delivered.

Hi Ryan, Please accept our apologies for this, i have just chased this up with our samples department and it does look like we may have missed your request, as these are normally received within 3-4 days from place of order. I have now requested these are dispatched today , so they will be with you by the end of the week.

“Being able to order samples enabled us to see which style we preferred. These came through within 3 to 5 days. Once the order was placed we recieved the brick slips quickly. We called to check on application as we had never installed brick slips before and the staff were incredibly helpful. We managed to complete our brick wall ourselves and are extremely happy with the end result.”
