“Although the slips themselves are of good quality, after paying £50 for delivery I was annoyed to find the slips had been sent loose and subsequently had several damaged slips! The waterproof wrap around the pallet was substandard and the whole order including adhesive and mortar was received damp. For the money charged for the delivery, the service can only be described as a rip-off! With the mortar ordered as part of this initial delivery, the packaging clearly states 5m2 where I found it to be a little over 3m2 after completing the job. After speaking to Slips from Stock my only option was to pay for another delivery of £8.95 as they were not willing to cover even after I described my annoyance over the standard of the initial delivery and the fact they have provided inaccurate coverage information! Given I needed this specific product to complete my wall I had no choice but to cover a second delivery charge! I will not be using Slips From Stock in the future!”
