Sleep Earthed manufacture Earthing Bed Sheets and Pillowcases in our own manufacturing plant in Leominster in rural Herefordshire.

Our products are expertly made, tested rigorously in production and are of fabulous quality.

The Earthing products are designed to give you a better nights sleep, so you sleep longer and deeper than before. Earthing is not a new science but when you read more deeply into it, you will find that the benefits go way beyond improving your sleep.

All of the other companies out there selling these types of product have them totally made in China and we are very different to that.

“My friend lent me her earthing sheet before I bought one as £69 was a lot of money for a sheet. I had been suffering from increasing menopause related anxiety for a few months and wanted to try different alternative methods before medication. This sheet has changed my life around, the effect was overnight too! My anxiety is almost 100% gone. I was really sceptical before thinking it was psychological but 3 months on and no sign of it returning. My friends think I’m a bit mad when I talk about it but this sheet has definitely done something magical for me. Thank you.”

“Admitting a certain degree of skepticism toward this kind of products, after 8 weeks of use happy to verify it actually works. Does not only improve the number of hours of sleep, also seems to improve hours of deep sleep.”

“For a few years, I'd been waking every 2 or so hours throughout the night - often laying in bed for an hour or more trying to get back to sleep. I thought it must have been a placebo effect after the first night of using the earthing sheet as I woke only once and fell easily back to sleep. The next night I slept straight through. Even after two weeks of sleep-filled nights, I was convinced it was a placebo effect. Into the third week, I PROVED to myself it WAS a placebo effect as I returned to my old waking every couple hours pattern ... until I arose in the morning to discover I had not switched on the socket. NOT PLACEBO. Thank you, Mother Earth!! Thank you Sleep Earthed!”

Thanks for the review Kevin, maybe this little blog post below will help along with the sleep diary. https://www.sleepearthed.co.uk/earthing-sheet/how-long-does-it-take-for-earthing-to-work-for-me/ These things sometimes take a little while before you see any differences and persevering is almost always beneficial. Getting the body to react as we want it to can take some time.

“I bought a sheet for my 6 year old son first. He has sleep apnoea and we'd been told that surgery was an option in order to improve his night time breathing - we decided to try other options first. The sheet has made a MASSIVE difference to his night time breathing - he doesn't snore any more and he's getting much better quality sleep. I can't quite believe that we might have avoided him needing surgery just by having him sleeping on an earthing sheet! I've since bought pillowcases for my husband and I and another sheet for my daughter - we're converted!”

“I don't know what we were expecting but for the first 4 or 5 nights we thought 'so what's the big deal?' The effect must be cumulative because in the second week we both had amazing nights' sleep - and that's with my OH having sleep apnea. And it continues. I'm about to order a second sheet and pillows. Awesome!!”
