“Well where do I start I thought all was lost until I searched on the internet as a last resort. Going through a horrific divorce with two children and didn’t want to lose the family home my dad bought for myself and my children. Very poor credit history DMP and no hope Lee made me feel positive from day one and all the way through. He was amazing then my offer was given in principle my case was very difficult and Kerry Bates virtually held my hand the whole way through and I owe my life to Kerry and Lee. Because of you both working tirelessly for me and my children I have received my offer today. I am so grateful and the fees are well worth every penny this company is simply amazing.”

“I’d just like to thank everyone at simply for all there effort in helping me buy my first home...We all make decisions in life that we regret money wise without thinking of the impact later in life but believe me you won’t regret using simply to obtain a mortgage.. Yes you pay a premium but worth every penny, from the first call with Dan who puts you at ease and gives you the belief you need, as you are probably thinking you’ll never obtain a mortgage as that’s why you have turned to simply, to all the staff who helped me throughout the process sorry if I forget anyone, Matthew, Lauren, Tracey and finally Alex who delivered my mortgage....thank you...”

“Without the help of Rob and Stephanie I am sure that our property purchase would not have been possible. With some difficult circumstances to overcome finding a broker who could place us with a lender was looking futile and we had almost given up. As soon as I spoke with Rob he knew exactly who to approach and sucessfuly obtained a morgage offer for us at a good rate. He worked relentlessly from start to finish and always returned phone calls and chased relevant parties without being asked... even taking time out of his evenings to give us updates. Stephanie worked hard in chasing up relevant parties and kept us updated throughout. We cannot thank you both enough for all your help, without it our new home would not of been possible. Thank you!!!”

“If you're reading this review you're most likely in the same position I was, nervously looking for a mortgage and due to life events outside of my control my credit history was not the best! The first thing I would say is, the reviews are real, and not over hyped, this is the first company I have dealt with that have been flawless from first contact. When you consider the fee, initially it appears expensive, however, given the work that is put into your case prior to application, and the regular updates by your case manager, the fee is very reasonable, you really do get what you pay for. My thanks to Daniel Hill, he was my first contact with Simply, and was positive and efficient from day one. Underwriter Jackie Weedon, scary to begin with, but a pleasure to deal with, and has everything required in place prior to application, be prepared for lots of emails, Jackie is thorough! Finally, case manager, Alex Gould has been fantastic throughout, providing updates on almost a daily basis, which really helps reduce stress levels. If you're still unsure, just call Simply, speak to them and then make your mind up, I'm as sceptical as most people about over hyped reviews, however, in this case they are well deserving of them.....whilst the original broker that I first contacted from another company was still looking into my options, Simply had everything in hand. I would not consider any other broker in the future. Simply the best!”

“Although we have had a rocky 7months with regards to simply finding a mortgage for us (due to my poor credit rating), we had heard no after no after no from mortgage companies, yet Lee at Simply went above and beyond and refused to give up until he had found us a mortgage. Happy to say we received our mortgage offer the other day and gladly accepted today. Many many thanks to Lee Rout for absolutely everything he has done to get us to this stage. Fantastic company! Would highly recommend to people struggling to find a high street mortgage lender due to bad credit.”
