“After some bad experiences with previous brokers I really thought we had no chance of getting a mortgage but Emma at Mortgage thoughts went above and beyond to help find us a lender that would consider our circumstances. “Absolutely brilliant company Caroline was amazing . I would recommend this company to anyone. I went to another mortgage advisor prior and they were close to useless , within 2 weeks Caroline and Joanne had sorted everything for me . Adam sorted my first mortgage for me , honestly can’t thank the team enough !”

“I called simply at a time of desperation. I had my dream house but no mortgage due to low credit and default. I was not very hopeful but i had nothing to lose. I spoke to David who was really an angel. He answered my emails on weekends and bank holidays and got me a decision in principle with a high Street lender that earlier declined me at even a better rate than was initially considered. I honestly thought it was too good to be true and tried not to get my hopes up. Lisa and Paige helped me with the documents and I am really grateful to Paige as she was very patient and reassuring and never difficult to reach. She kept me updated through the whole process. Simply helped me secure my dream home and I cannot recommend then enough.”

“Well after just receiving a mortgage offer I am delighted! Having been declined by our lender due to a drop in credit score, we were a bit lost. As soon as I discussed our situation with simply, they took our case and from start to finish offered advice, updates, honesty and exceptional levels of customer service. They earned every penny for the amount of call we had between us, all to guide and update us. I am delighted with the service, delighted with the deal they got for us and most certainly can recommend them wholeheartedly. Thank you to the team!”

“Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. We were close to giving up hope on securing a mortgage due to poor credit and several failed attempts with previous brokers. Simply got us a mortgage offer with a mainstream lender on a low interest rate within two weeks. We’ve spent many an hour reading reviews on here feeling like it was too good to be true but Simply have achieved what we thought was impossible. “Unbelievable but true !!! These guy are helpful, friendly and always at the end of the phone. I would highly recommend Simply just because they are simply amazing ; A massive thanks to everyone who has dealt with my application in a professional and a friendly way - Big shout out to Alex , Charlotte, Lauren , Shannon - these 4 people has made it happen. I have been kept informed every step of my application, I can say it has been a stressful journey with all paperwork needed but its all worth at the end. I couldn’t believe when i recently got an email and Shannon said your application has progress to the offer dept. “I had the pleasure of working primarily with Dan but with a highly competent supporting cast of team members along the way. My wife and I had a relatively poor credit history despite good affordability and large deposit. We had worked with two brokers previously who took a very long time to ultimately not come up with the goods. Dan and the team at simply were the complete opposite. Key highlights for me: 1) Top class communication throughout 2) Friendly, realistic, transparent and candid 3) Ability to explore the art of the possible by leveraging strong relationships with lenders 4) From decision in principle in 24 hours to the whole process completed in under a calendar month - all contributed to us being able to exchange in the agreed timeline. I would recommend without hesitation, the broker fees are in my opinion less than what the going rate should be for the quality and execution provided by Dan and the team. Thanks for all your help!”

After thinking that I will never get a mortgage because of my bad credit (CCJs, defaults etc) in the past, the team at Simply were amazing from start to finish (David,Jackie,Karen). “Absolutely excellent! I had been refused a mortgage at various places due to bad credit. Asked Simply for help.
