“I had a challenging situation in that I work overseas Monday to Friday and therefore my salary is in Euro's paid into a foreign bank account. Michael found a lender that suited my situation and handled the whole case brilliantly for me. Himself and Stephanie were very clear, on point and most importantly patient with me with all the paperwork required. I had a very positive outcome and would not hesitate to use Mortgage Thoughts again in the future. I highly recommend anyone to use them as a broker as they are a first class professional outfit.”

“Luke and Steph could not do enough to make our mortgage process quick and successful! Always at the other end of the phone or email for advice. We got our mortgage accepted within 5 weeks of starting the process at a better rate than who the builder originally suggested. Definitely worth the small fee for all the hard work. Thank you!”

“After being told the house we was renting for the past 3 years was going to be sold, we went through several different mortgage lenders and mortgage brokers, all of which promised the world and had us hanging on for weeks at a time... but every single time we were faced with a 'No', due to our monthly childcare costs, my partner having a default from Vodaphone for £30- which was an error on Vodaphones part and we had actually it confirmed that it was in the process of being removed but the credit score wouldnt reflect this for 30days meaning my partners score was poor. 3 months of constant stress and worrying whilst the buyers held off as long as possible on the sale, worried about uprooting my family and having to move my son away from familiar settings and a childminder which he adores. By absolute pure chance I came across Simply from frantically researching google as a last resort. From start to finish the service has been outstanding, its been amazingly quick. I was kept informed of every single step, slight hiccups along the way were overcome quickly and efficiently and we now have successfully secured our mortgage on our family home. Simply gave us what no other broker could and that is results, i would highly recommend Reiss, Liz and Tracey for all there hard work and support- we literally couldnt have done it without you guys! I know you pay above and beyond for this service but its worth every single penny in my opinion.”

“I have used Simply Lending for a few years now. However, finding myself in a different situation, (my husband and I are separating), Jamie and the team have been working with me since September on my different options. I have fallen in love with many different properties waiting for my house to be sold, but the Simply Team have managed to find a solution to all the problems I threw at them! They really are terrific and well worth the money. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.”

“Excellent service, very helpful to find solutions. Angela made everything easy and straight forward and always very helpful. Despite having numerous defaults and DMP, they found me an extremely low interest rate mortgage better than I ever imagined and better than my friends mortgage who has exceptional credit! Would highly recommend and worth the fee. I genuinely never thought it was possible until I did a google search and found them, sounded too good to be true but it really is. Very quick mortgage offer also. These guys are amazing - Thanks so much :)”

“Best mortgage advisor around struggled for 13 months to get a mortgage due to the my property being pre fab concrete I lost all hope.Rang simply and they handled everything and got me a mortgage within a week 6 weeks later completion went threw. Many thanks Chris”
