“The service provided by Mortgage Thoughts was excellent. I had limited mortgage options available due to being a postgraduate student, but they were able to find mortgages at great rates. They discussed all of the options available thoroughly, allowing me to make an informed choice. I was kept up to date at all times and my questions were answers promptly and clearly. “Initially me and my fiancé were sceptical about using another advice service, as we had been unsuccessful with two previously and they had both taken up a lot of time. After trying to get a mortgage solo, and failing due to one past default on a mobile phone account we decided again to go for an advisor. We found simply and they've done a brilliant job. They are transparent from the off and even though the service is on the expensive side, it was the best decision we made. Charlotte Jones handled our case initially and was brilliant; friendly, speedy and generally on the ball. We had an agreement in principle the day after our initial enquiry and were able to move swiftly to confirm an offer on a property and a subsequent mortgage offer. We couldn't be more pleased. Each member of staff that handled our case from Charlotte to Liz Cunningham and Tracey Miller were equally as speedy and friendly. A definite recommendation from us. So long as you have the funds, Simply can get the job done.”
