“Where do I begin! I first had a phone call with Angela about 6 months ago and she just made at ease straight away! We found a property and Angela made the whole process really straight forward, no stress and constantly at the end of a phone or email if you needed her! Nothing was ever too much trouble, no question big or small. After having adverse credit I never would of thought I’d be able to get a high street lender but Angela went above and beyond and managed to get me a Mortgage offer with Barclays! It’s been a long road, no fault to Simply at all! I couldn’t be more thankful to Angela who never gave up on me! Without simply I would never been able to get through what’s been a stressful few months! Also a big thank you to Paige & Liz who were on my case also! Worth every single penny! If you think you can’t get a mortgage because of your credit or you feel like giving up because I did plenty of times, ring simple and ask for Angela! Her hard work and effort has got me in the position I’m in now, a mortgage offer with a high street lender! I’ll miss ringing up simply as every time I rang they were always so friendly and once I got through to Angela even on the 3rd phone call of the day (sometimes) she still didn’t mind! It’s been a journey but a journey well worth! Jack Davies!”

“Hayley (Mortage advisor) and Karen (case manager) have been an absolute god send. Due to covid my first Mortage with another broker got pulled and they weren’t able to do anything in regards to finding me another lender. I stumbled upon simply after trying many other brokers and they were able to help with my complex situation. They answered every question I had and didn’t seem to get sick of me even though called 3 times a day. And made the whole process smooth and pretty much held my hand every step of the way. They’ve made the impossible happen, thank you so much to you both. You are worth every penny.”

“My husband and I are both contractors and had failed to get a mortgage offer with 3 other brokers. After contacting Simply Lending Solutions, I was amazed at their knowledge and expertise in the field. They put my mind at ease from the get go and were always available to answer any questions despite the lockdown. We will finally be moving into our dream very soon. “This company the best... helped me out in getting accepted on my mortgage application first time round.. Lee an Farrah made it as less stressful as they could possibly.. high recommend an better then similar company that charge upfront cost, be4 they do anything, these won’t charge tell you have a offer in place... thanks for all the help...”

“Absolutely fantastic company, i never thought i would be able to secure a mortgage alone with my current financial history and adverse credit. However from my first contact with Reiss then through the process with Lauren and Paige today i receive my formal offer!!!! These guys are there for you every single day, quick to get back to you and know the mortgage market inside out! They may have a higher fee but they are worth every single penny and more! Simply i cannot Thank you enough! In terms of timescale, my offer was accepted on a house 1st dec 2020 my application submitted 9th dec, the mortgage lender came back to me requesting another document on 18th dec, 23rd dec i was asked to pay for my survey, then due to christmas this was not carried out until 8th Jan 2021 and then today 12th Jan i received my formal offer! If you are reading this and think it will never happen.....trust me if you use these guys it will!”
