“Hi so straight up layman's terms I found being limited in various area of credit really annoying & frustrating. When I called simply I was desperately trying to secure my dream home & on 1st contact I found simply helpful, non-judgemental & understanding they went straight to work although it took a little time they secured my loan I can't thank them enough it was a good process thanks everyone at simply I would definitely RECOMMEND YOU!!!!!!”

“Simply lending solutions have been fantastic throughout our buying process. We are first time buyers so didn't know everything about what buying entails, but Gareth our mortgage advisor has made everything seem smooth and given us information along the way. “Simply really helped me over the course of 6 months giving me advice sorting a previous mortgage and my credit and my accounts. Then I had the mortgage agreed only a week ago all thanks to them all , but personally Alex Wright was so helpful cheers guys.”

“Given age an other negative circumstances it was looking unlikely that we would get a mortgage. I was lucky finding Simply on an internet search and right from the first conversation with Adrian and through loads and loads of work by Tracey and others they found us a mortgage that was not at all bad interest wise. Throughout the process they were on almost daily contact with us. They succeeded where other brokers were not going to.”

“Brilliant Service! After weeks and months of being told no by everybody when trying to find a mortgage for our first home, Simply had found us a product within 24 hours of sending over my details. Just received our full mortgage offer. The fee does seem high at first but once you start the process, especially if you are struggling to get a mortgage anywhere else, it is definitely worth it. Every member of staff I have dealt with has been fantastic especially Paige who has kept us involved at every point of the process so we know exactly what is going on and has been more than helpful whenever we have been unsure about anything.”

“thank you for your help, support and professionalism. It's been great working with you and everyone in your team was very proactive and supportive. I also loved the communication , updates and that Caroline's colleagues stepped in, in her absence, and they kept me updated. I think it was something really lovely , as communication is so important , as lots of people feel very stressed/anxious during the mortgage process.”

“As first time buyers, the whole process of obtaining a mortgage was extremely daunting given our peppered credit history. Our first point of contact was Angela who's warm, friendly manner and complete professionalism, explaining each step in detail along the way, really put us at ease. No call was too many, no question too silly. Very supportive and empathetic towards my wife who had recently lost her mum. Exactly who you want and need at your main contact. We can't recommend her and the team highly enough, Paige & Karen we're also so very thankful.”

“I dealt with a colleague called Gareth Hutchings and his professionalism throughout the process was superb. My application was always going to be difficult being self-employed and the current economy but Gareth ensured I was always updated with every step of the way and helped support me through all paperwork that was required. I would 100% use Simplylending and in particular Gareth Hutchings again for my next mortgage review and will recommend them to all my friends/family.”
