“Throughtout the whole process Jenny and Farrah have been first class , they listened to everything from day 1 and worked out the best format to work too and now we have a mortgage offer , words cant say are happy we are , i would recommend SIMPLY to anyone 5star all the way”

“Simply were simply amazing throughout! I want to especially mention Karen and Jenny :) They have been so professional yet supportive in what is always a stressful process. Always an email or phone call away, by taking the time to explain and talk us through anything, we felt we were in great hands. I can't see how anything negative can be said and we are so glad to have found simplyadverse. Fully recommended to anyone who's currently looking for a broker! “The guys at simply are so friendly and helpful, I dealt with Aime in particular and she was brilliant. Being a first time buyer I wasn't sure where to begin but she fully explained the process and helped me secure the property. Within 3 weeks I had a formal mortgage offer. I would completely recommend to anyone who needs needs help securing a mortgage no matter what your circumstance are and even when previous brokers have failed. Thanks again!!!”

“We have had a great experience with our broker Gareth. From start to finish and the bits in between he was so helpful and easy to contact. Even whilst dealing with solicitors (who we know are a pain with communicating) he helped and gave reassurance. Gareth’s communication was spot on, and always replied or answered my call when ever I contacted him, if I was unable to get him, his friendly team were great at answering questions as they we all knew what I was taking about. He made the experience great, he got us an amazing deal where we save approx £500 a month. I would not hesitate to contact him again to see what he can do when our deal next runs out. I actually think he will miss me calling! All in all superb service and will be recommending to all friends and family if they need a remortgage. Thankyou again Gareth for all your help!”

“As first time buyers with adverse credit we were ready to have a difficult road but the service received from Jamie, Liz and Farah was exceptional. They were very efficient, responding to queries within minutes and keeping us in the loop every step of the way. Very highly recommend. Jamie was especially kind to give us tips on the area we were looking to purchase in as it was one he was familiar with. Greatly appreciated.”

“Without doubt the most helpful and understanding mortgage brokers out there. Would recommend to anyone as no matter what they will do what the can to help you. “The afternoon that I called Angela Little of Simply in a total panic, she told me she would get me a mortgage. ALL of the team at Simply has been a massive support and super professional. “We have just had our mortgage offer and are absolute thrilled, we genuinely did not expect this due to our rubbish credit rating Alex and Chanelle have absolutely pulled it out the bag, application to offer in 5 weeks. Don’t be put off getting advice if you have blemished credit history. They really do know what they are doing and don’t just look at a credit score they go way beyond and look at personal situations Process was fairly smooth and contact all the way through yes the fee seems high but you get the what you pay for absolute experts and fantastic service well worth paying the money to get us into our first home Fingers crossed we should be moved in in no time thanks again everyone at simply”

“An Excellent Service! From start to finish a thoroughly superb Service. Essentially the Simply Lending team pre-approved me for a mortgage, prior to having an offer accepted on a house. It enabled me to be move quickly on the purchase, and after an offer was accepted, it took less than a week for a valuation from the lender, and the mortgage offer came in 24 hours after the valuation.
