“Starting from our initial call with Hayley and through to Lewis, they are speedy, they send me a request and guide me with exactly what is required. I had so much faith and ease having them as our brokers. If i called and they were not available they contacted straight back via email or call. They have made this very stressful process care free, easy in fact. Because of this company and these individuals we are approved for a mortgage. It started just over a week ago and now we have that incredible feeling we are back on the housing ladder. I cannot recommend this team and company enough. Lovely people, extremely professional and as ive said RAPID. If you want a mortgage arranged with no hassle, this is tyour company and people to use”

“Cannot recommend them highly enough. I approached 4 different mortgage brokers regards my adverse credit which included a DMP and defaults. They all said they were adverse credit specialists but then said they couldn’t help. I approached Adverse as a last ditch attempt after reading the trust pilot reviews. Not gonna lie, I bilked at their fee of £1995 at first, but it’s probably the first time I will admit that you get what you pay for. Simon, Liz and Paige have been incredible. Their communication is on point and the amount of work they have to put in is testament to their fee. If they were solicitors it would easily be 2-3 times the cost. So, in retrospect it’s actually great value. A formal mortgage offer was obtained in 4weeks when initially the timeline was 6-8 weeks (industry backlog). Can’t say fairer than that. I am one very happy bunny. To sum up, if you have adverse credit don’t waste any time talking to anyone else. Go direct to SimplyAdverse. You won’t regret it.”

“We called Simply at the beginning of October and have had exceptional service from all of the team. I turned to Trustpilot before making the call, read the reviews and am happy to confirm they are all true! Kerry has been a godsend throughout the whole process and was as happy as us to receive our official offer. Dan was our initial call and was always on hand to offer advice... his best being stay off the forums! These guys are all amazing and are always there to answer any questions you might have about the process. They have turned our dream of owning our first home into a reality... and they achieved it in a great timescale throughout all of the problems that covid could have created. Couldn't recommend them any more highly!”

“I can not thank the team enough.We were initially told by another broker that no lender will give us a mortgage therefore we should not bother submitting a full application.However after one call to Simply and speaking to Reiss he requested our credit reports and was able to tell us straight away that we could definitely get one.This was unbelievable but within a few days of completing an application we had valuation organised.Our first property was down valued and we attempted to get another lender for a different survey .Reiss and Lewis were really patient and reassured us about the mortgage throughout the process as we were really anxious.Even when this didn’t work out Reiss kept in touch with us to see if we had found another property .After finding another property Reiss promptly informed the lender and within a week the valuation was done and we had a mortgage offer in less than 24hrs.We can not thank these two enough for making the process better for us.I know we paid for the service but we would have lost our minds if we didn’t have their support and expertise .we are now looking forward to moving to our bigger home soon thanks to Simply.You are simply the best”

“I can only say this was the best decision I’ve ever made. I found the house of my dreams and was certain that it would only ever be a dream. On my initial conversation Angela went through everything with me and was able to give me some hope that my dream could be a reality. “These guys have just preformed a miracle to get us a long awaited morgage offer! After renting for the last 15years and both being self employed, we've struggled to get on the property ladder. Even after clearing all our debts and sorting out our finances we were still struggling. Decided to give simply a call after reading some reveiws. Our first contact was with Matthew Nurcombe who straight away gave me the confidence we needed and secured us a dip within 24hours. He's been our first port of call ever since that day. When Lilly Adcock took over as case manager we were filled with more confidence. It was the longest 9 weeks of our life, constantly back and forth with information that the lender was requesting. Yes it got stressful, Yes we nearly pulled out, Yes we cried.. but it was made alot easier with Matthew on Liily on hand via telephone or email (even when I pestered them a few times a day).. these 2 are amazing and I cant thank them enough for not only being patient with us but for finally helping us achieve our dream! Thank you Lilly & Matthew.. you need a medal, would definitely recommend x”

“Fantastic and professional service from simply. From the first point of contact everyone was excellent , Daniel , Alex , Chloe and Paige couldn’t have been more helpful. My mortgage was approved within a couple of weeks from application being submitted and all of this with a high street lender during a pandemic, I couldn’t recommend them highly enough , it is pricey but worth every penny! Thank you , I can’t wait to move !”

“We used simply due to past credit issues and our credit score was still quite low to approach a high street lender. We had to submit a lot of paperwork at the request of the lender and although it’s a long process it was worth it as we received out mortgage offer a couple of weeks ago. I would definitely recommend using their services if you are having credit issues.”
