“After trying for almost 8 years of trying to purchase my council property, Simply Lending Solutions has made it so easy, so simple and so fast to get a mortgage. Due to the pandemic, doing such an important thing online can make it so hard, but Simply Lending where actually super fast and I absolutely am for it. When all the banks were not giving me the mortgage deal I was after, I just can not believe how Simply Lending Solution found me 100% mortgage without EVEN A DEPOSIT! “Myself and my husband had been refused a mortgage by 2 local brokers, both thought they could help, then we get that phone call “ sorry it’s not going to happen” we were devastated. I found simply online and I could not believe the reviews. I have now realised they were all true. Excellent from day 1. I can’t believe I wasted a month with brokers that just couldn’t help us. We had a mortgage in principle in less than 24 hours, 3 weeks on and we now have our final offer and currently waiting for completion dates. We can not thank Reiss and Kerry enough. Amazing people and reassured me all the way through. I never felt like a burden when I was phoning with my anxieties. Thank you so much you have a family of 5 very happy ☺️”

“I really can not recommend Simply enough. Take my word for it and give be them a call. I can’t thank Lee and Nicole enough. I had no where else to turn and thought it would be impossible for me to even be considered for a mortgage, especially with a CCJ. 4 weeks after getting in touch and we’ve had our mortgage offer and found our perfect first home. The whole process was so stress free. It has been absolutely life changing. 100% worth the brokers fee.”

“As a Contractor within the IT/Public Sector lenders can be very difficult and finding a mortgage can sometimes prove to be a very stressful process. I have been working with Simply Lending for a couple of years now and they have successfully placed our mortgage with two high street banks on a fantastic rate. Not only that but the service from day 1 has been absolutely fantastic. Caroline has always dealt with me honestly and fully understands my situation. Not only managing to place the mortgage with high street banks on great rates but then proactively managing the whole process from application through to formal offer. Shannon and Paige, case managers, ensure that every detail is covered so that when the lender receives the application, they can just check it over rather then coming back time and again for more info. We have been so impressed with Caroline, Shannon and Paige that we return whenever we need a mortgage review or a new deal. I have recommended a number of friends to Simply as no matter your circumstances, if you are looking for a mortgage then you need to speak to Caroline for an amazing, stress free mortgage experience. “Dan, Lewis and Steph are AMAZING! they know their shizzle and they got me a great deal. You might think it's a bit pricey but you're paying for expert knowledge and skills... it doesn't come cheap. Do not expect to pay the same as you would a kid to make a big mac! Overall I can't fault these guys, first-class service from really nice human beings that you can actually talk to and who understand you. Cheers guys!”
