“I’m so very happy to have found these guys! David White and his team were like a well oiled machine. From our initial conversation, to them getting us our mortgage offer today, it was slick and calm. I began the process with trepidation due to my iffy credit, having had a falling out with a ppi company some years ago. This didn’t seem to deter them and off the process began. Each step of the way we were prepped for. In fact, the time scales they advised happened quicker than they’d advised! They clearly knew their stuff. My husband and I said today they were worth every Penny! They got us where we needed to be, with a great interest rate, with a lender who is a great high st bank. I couldn’t ask for any more. As you can probably tell, buzzing right now to be moving On to pastures new....to our new home!!”

“The staff at simply were great specifically hayley meecham and Lewis mills honestly they were both amazing so helpful and supportive from start to finish eveb when I was panicking and emailing them they were so calming and reassuring I can't recommend them enough!!! Thank you so much!!!”

“We were recommended to approach Simply for our mortgage as we had been having issues previously with various brokers and lenders for over 2 months. We had excellent credit, but are partners / owners of a small limited company and both classed as self employed, this was our difficulty. We cannot thank Caroline, Tracey and Adam enough for getting us through this tricky situation, with professionalism and great communication. We were updated all the way through the process. Yes it was hard work, I think they had everything except our DNA in the end. At times we felt like it was never going to happen. But after 5 weeks, we finally received our formal offer. Be patient and trust the team. If these guys can't do it, then no one can Thanks' again, you deserve 10 stars.”

“WOW, where to start. From the first call after the online form I filled out approx 1 hour earlier I was approached by Jenny Reeves. Jenny is our main contact within Simply and she is fantastic I can't praise her enough. To name a few of the other members of the team who had all been handling our case Lauren, Lilly, Ed, Nicole and Caroline they are all excellent. Our complex case hasn't been plain sailing for them but has been for us as they have dealt with ever aspect of the mortgage, regular updates and quick responses with emails and phone calls, I cant thank Team Simply enough. If you are looking for a mortgage and don't really know where to turn - turn to these guys. They are a 1 stop shop with knowledge of the whole mortgaging market. If you have been refused help elsewhere then again turn to Simply. I recommend them 100% and I'm happy to put my name to that. I will use Simply for every re-mortgage and mortgage advise forever now going forward. Simply/Jenny - You are awesome and we thank you so much.”

“A great service throughout. Had been declined elsewhere and thought there would be no chance but spoke to Aime and after going through my details she said there was a lender they thought would accept me! It took a while but it's to be expected with covid and due to my credit history, they will need to check everything. Can't thank them enough, I dealt with Aime, Jenny and Kerry mostly but everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful and reassuring. Special thanks to Aime for putting up with all the random questions I had and to Kerry for putting up with my impatience towards the end. They worked really hard to secure the offer for me and kept me updated throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking.”

“Our first contact with mortgage thoughts was with Michael. At this point we thought with COVID-19 and being declined from high street banks we simply wouldn’t be able to get a mortgage. However after a long chat with Michael it became apparent that we were eligible and he was able to find us a deal. It was very simple sending him all the documents he needed and he answered the phone anytime we rang. And we rang a lot.... almost every day and he always answered and stayed on the phone for as long we needed. He was professional, friendly, reassuring and must have a very good patience. In the end he got us the offer we needed and was a very nervous but smooth process. When we were closer to the end Stephanie became involved and helped us with our case, and again she was always free on the other side of the phone to offer advice and reassurance . We got our mortgage and are currently living in our new house. I couldn’t recommend this company any more than I already have, 5+ stars and that is purely down to the brilliant staff and amazing results! Thankyou mortgage thoughts!”

“Wow!! What an awesome company, I can’t thank Simply enough!! I have been to quite a few mortgage advisors before approaching Simply and just wish I had gone to them from the beginning, they got me a mortgage offer from a very reputable high street lender when previous mortgage advisors tried and then told me to wait a few years till my credit score improved!!the whole process was so smooth and they were so thorough with all the documents and paperwork.
