“Fantastic from Start to finish. Having been frustrated with our mortgage advisor we used simply as a last resort. We wish we have initially gone to simply, everything was upfront and honest and everything was made simple for us and with almost daily updates. We were told by our old mortgage adviser we would be unable to gain a mortgage with a high street bank, but simply got us one. Can’t praise simply enough, would highly recommend to anyone.”

“Cannot fault them! If every company operates the way these guys do, the world would be a better place. Flawless in terms of customer service, speed, and the end product delivered. Despite some minor credit blips pretty much ruling me out of getting a mortgage during the pandemic, these guys quickly placed me with a leading high street lender, with minimal fuss and great comms along the way. Don’t know if they’ll read this but David, Megan, Jackie and Lewis, you were all amazing and exceeded all expectations. I won’t be going anywhere else in the future.”

“So what started with a nervous tentative call has resulted in something I dreamt could never happen - a formal mortgage offer. From that first phone call with Dan Hill who instantly made be feel at ease I can honestly say that the whole team have been amazing. My case wasn’t straightforward add in Covid 19, the hospitality industry as a job to go from initial call to mortgage offer in just over two months is unbelievable. I know none of this couldn’t have happened without the absolute determination from Dan, and the diligence of Liz Cunningham who underwrote the application. A huge and grateful shout out must go to Tracey Miller and Kerry Bates. I must have emailed Tracey every day -she never failed to reply and put me at ease when I was worrying. The final phone call from Kerry who called at 7.30 on a Friday night to tell me the news I had been approved. I read the reviews and can say hand on heart they were right a fantastic team of people worth every penny. Thank you all so very much.”
