“Amazing Team! Or should i say Gareth has been fantastic all the way through our Mortgage application, his knowledge and expertise of the market was invaluable. Used this company multiple times now and cannot rate their service enough. Gaining a mortgage offer can be a really nervous time at the best of times but when you throw in some other difficult factors like Foreign currency earnings and not a great credit score these guys really come into their own. Thank you so much for all your help in getting us our Dream home!”

“The rave reviews for Simply are absolutely correct! Before we were recommended to get in touch with Simply, we struggled for months with generalist mortgage brokers who just didn't have the requisite experience of self-employed finances. That all changed when we spoke to Simply. They took the time and effort to go through our finances properly and thoroughly, including those of my partner who is self-employed. The whole team were super efficient, knowledgeable and friendly - in particular, our thanks go Aime, Lauren and Lilly for all their expert help. “We have just received our mortgage offer and we couldn't thank Simply enough. The communication has been excellent throughout the whole process. Dan, Chloe , Jackie & Alex have all been amazing. I sat and read through all these reviews before we started the process and I would highly recommend anyone in the same position, the fee is totally worth their hard work. We have had to be fairly patient with the high street lender when we were waiting for the valuation to take place, which took much longer than anticipated due to a backlog but Chloe kept us updated daily along the way. Thank you again Dan and team, highly recommended”

“I originally went to the broker recommended by the developer of my new build home. They got me a decision in principal with an adverse lender which had a high interest rate and monthly payments but I thought it was the best I would get having been on a DMP until recently. After reserving the property I found out that because I had paid my DMP off early directly to the creditors I would automatically be declined by the adverse lender. This doesn’t make sense to me but it’s one of their criteria! At that point I thought all was lost! However I came across Simply and Dan rang me back on a Friday evening. Within a few hours he’d got me a DIP with a high street lender at a much better rate so saved me a lot of money in the long run. Certainly more than the fee I would be paying. Throughout the process, which was a little bumpy, Dan, Jackie and Kerry were very helpful, fought my corner and always made me feel like I deserved to get the mortgage and own my own home despite having some credit problems in the past. Just got my offer through and I’m over the moon! Thank you Dan and team for all you’ve done.”

“Dealt with Aime Grieve and cannot thank her enough for her professionalism and efficiency. Managed to get a residential with someone else and the same broker was dragging their heels for over 7 weeks for the BTL which was eventually rejected. I was told despite having excellent credit my DIP for another bank was declined. I scoured the web and found Simply and decided to give them a call to explain my situation. Within a day Aime had got me DIP and the following day she completed the application at around 18:00. Within three weeks I have had a physical survey and today received the mortgage offer. The choice of bank not only lent me exactly what I wanted but even during COVID19 was spot on and from the offset Aime was clear this lender would meet my needs. Aime kept me up to date at all times and always provided the information verbatim what the lender had said. Aime also charged a lower fee than stated initially as the BTL was not as involved. Me and wife are now going to move to our dream home and Aime has played a key role in this. I would most certainly recommend anyone not just people with difficult credit to contact Aime to assist with a mortgage.”

“We really do not have enough positive words to say about Simply. They have gone above and beyond to help us. Simply secured us. Mortgage offer in December 2019, the house sale was slow and theN Covid hit, I was furloughed and the mortgage lender pulled out. Simply jumped in to action, well Chloe, liz and Charlotte did. Within the space of 2 hours they had secured an amazing DIP with a great well know high street lender. Chloe worked tirelessly for us, she spoke the estate agents, the lenders and even to the sellers new development office to ensure everyone was aware that we were doing everything to keep the sale going. Today less than a month later we have had a formal offer and fingers crossed we will be exchanging contracts on Friday. It’s been a long hard battle, issues with planning and a pandemic but simply stood by us and today we got the best news. I can’t thank them enough. If you are thinking of using simply, stop thinking and do it. They are worth every single penny. Thank you for everything Chloe.”
