“Wasn’t sure how to go about getting a mortgage with poor credit, I contacted them back in January just to touch base as I’m self employed I needed another years accounts. They remembered me and contacted me at start of new financial year. I was sceptical of who they chose to get me my mortgage offer as they was a high street lender with a very good interest rate they assured me I’d be fine. They do ask for loads of info and at the time it seems a pain but it’s worth it as after submitting everything they asked I’ve hardly been asked for anything and today I got my mortgage offer all that is left is to sign paperwork. Brilliant company from the 1st person you talk with right the way through to final person who gives you the good news.”

“Really can't say enough a few years ago I was not in a good place financial and simply lending solutions still managed to get me a mortgage at a good rate so good and easy my key worker Caroline was so helpful keeping me updated even on a weekend thanks”
