I was able to buy my dream home, when I had been turned down by other lenders, Their fee was the best money I have ever spent and I can thoroughly recommend them. “They were able to secure me a mortgage. I would have given them a five-star review if it didn't feel like the left-hand didn't know what the right hand was doing occasionally. I am not sure if this was a problem with their internal communication or a problem between the mortgage lender and them. Either way, it felt a little jarring getting conflicting timescales and information.”

“Having previously been given some financial advice by a different but apparently “respectable” mortgage broker and having experienced some dreadful service I was pretty hopeless we could buy the house we wanted or that we would have to get a subprime mortgage. I was already looking for a new place to rent when came across the Simply Invest website and decided to give them a call. I spoke to Doug who within 4 hours of our conversation called me back to let me know he can get the mortgage preapproved and with a high-street lander. Doug’s service has been exceptional throughout the whole process; he was responsive, friendly, answered all my questions (and there was a lot of them) and even sort out some of the issues I had with a solicitor who turned out not to be on the lender’s panel. I could not recommend Dough and Simply Invest highly enough and would use them again without a doubt.”

“I cannot reccomend Simply high enough. Other companies had failed to secure us a mortgage as it was quite a complicated case. We had our heart set on a house and were quite distressed that we were not able to secure a mortgage. Ian worked his magic with the lender and we now have a formal offer in place only a number of weeks after approaching Simply - other companies were talking months!!”

“I've been in contact with David Hamblett on and off for a couple of years now (through Money Saving Expert forums) and I finally had the opportunity to employ his services when looking for our new mortgage for a house purchase. David's attitude, service and promptness is just some of his strengths. David was successful in securing our mortgage in just a couple of weeks and made the process simple and straightforward (despite my OCD when it comes to these things). David was very patient, always responded promptly. We are now just waiting to exchange and complete and David (and Adam) are still in contact to make sure things are moving along. I would thoroughly recommend Simply Investments and I will be calling upon them again when it is time for finding a better deal. Thank you so much!”

“In 5 weeks the team at Simply Investment changed our lives. We are now able to purchase our dream home. We approached TurnKey Mortgages in August 2014 in order to secure a mortgage to buy our new home. High Street Lenders were ruled out due to past credit problems and being self-employed. After we were told it was achievable through Precise Mortgages we were happy to let them submit our application. Long story short we were unable to get the mortgage we needed. I wasn't willing to give up just yet and got in touch with SIMPLY INVESTMENT and spoke with David who turned out to be our knight in shining armour. He didn't sugarcoat anything and approached Precise (the same lender) with our case and 5weeks to the day we have our full mortgage offer. If you have a professional broker like David who knows how to approach lenders with your specific needs it makes a massive difference. David, Adam, Holly, Sarah and Liz were amazing the phone never went unanswered and emails were always returned, even phonecalls from irate sellers ( Thanks Adam).They have restored our faith in Mortgage Brokers. This team worked incredibly hard and their knowledge of the market is unbelievable. They make you feel like you are their only client the service is so personal. I certainly would recommend SIMPLY INVESTMESTMENT!”

“I'm so happy that I got in touch with Simply Investments when it came to arranging a mortgage for the new property I'm purchasing. Ian Wicks is fantastic!! An absolute God send! I was quite upset and anxious (after previously being turned down for a mortgage), he calmly talked me through the whole process which quickly put me at ease. He reassured me that everything would be okay and after submitting the relevant information he kept in touch by phone and email. What I adore most about Simply Investments is their customer service and calming nature - I didn't feel like a client or a case number, it was more personal, like I had Ian Wicks and Liz Cunningham (in administration) exclusively helping me.
