“David White and his team has been absolutely wonderful. What a knowledgeable and professional team. From making my intitial Enquiry to getting a mortgage offer, I was well looked after. He was always there to calm me down and reassure me. He got me a mortgage with a high street lender when I thought no lender would grant me a mortgage with my defaults. Just wanted to say thank you very much.. Worth every penny I paid for your service”

“Simply helped me and my husband get our first mortgage when i had adverse credit. This time they have helped us remortgage as our fixed deal is coming to an end. They are extremely thorough when preparing your case which resulted in us being accepted within 2 hours! Always at the end of the phone or email for assistance, would recommend them.”

“We didn't think it would be possible to get a mortage as we had adverse credit i phoned simply in november and was given a call back from ian wicks he was really helpful and his advise was spot on after looking at our credit files and approaching a mortage lender he advised us to wait a couple of months before trying to give our credit files time to heal a liitle more he advised he keep our details and call us back in january Initially i was disappointed thinking that he probably wouldnt contact us but true to his word we recieved a call back in January he has been amazing especially with me as i did call him quite a bit but he was always there with his ressurances jackie was also amazing keeping us informed on more or less a daily basis We recieved our mortage offer today and we are over the moon and looking forward to moving into our new home in the next few weeks Carnt thank ian & jackie enough Would definatley recommend simply to anyone Sonia norbury”

“Absolutely delighted with the professional and helpful manner in which Loreta, Holly and the orange team dealt with our mortgage application. As we are first time buyers with a low deposit and issues in our credit history we thought our chances of getting a mortgage with a good interest rate was very slim with a high street lender, but Loreta and her team made this possible and now we are looking forward to moving in to our own home! “We had been turned down by a few lenders for a mortgage due to pay day loans and not paying some bills on time. We were desperate to move having 3 kids ( 2 autistic) and no garden. When we called simply we spoke to Ian and he said they could help. Although we have had problems with selling our property (lost 4 buyers) we finally found a house sold ours and we are moving in soon.Simply have been brilliant and found us a mortgage with a high street lender, with affordable repayments and have been with us all the way. I trust them and highly recommend using them.”

“After finishing Iva + 2/3 years clear credit never thought getting mortgage would be so hard despite the changes in affordability . Tried to do things myself and realised there was absolutely no possibility of getting mortgage these days so conta cited simply - I would like to say they were first class but it would understate their efforts so I will say ,Galaxy class, They were professional, re assuring , took stress out of everything and today got my mortgage offer . My wife and I are thrilled but Doug - advisor at simply and lisa sorting out questions have been nothing short of amazing. I don't normally write reviews but i cannot praise and thank them enough . C”

“We approached Simply with trepidation. We thought we had little hope of being able to obtain a mortgage with our complicated circumstances, which included defaults, ccjs and one of us having to gift the other a large deposit. We were listened to, given advice and kept up to date at every stage of the process. It has been practically stress free and worth every penny of the fee's. We would not have been able to get our mortgage without Simplys help. So a big thank you to Paul Grimwood and the Green team, you are all stars.”

“Really pleased with all aspects of service eceived. David White was fantastic, always had time to answer my phone calls and emails were responded to very quickly. I was always made to feel that he had time for my queries. Even when I phoned when he was off on holiday his colleagues went out of their way to help. I can't fault David or his team one bit. The offer was sent out VERY VERY quickly and for that we are extremely grateful.”

“As a first buyer with average credit score, the company gave us very good advice, they have a good availability and have well understood our needs. All the questions that we have asked, have been asnwered with details. The only bad point is the price of their services, which we think was very expensive.”

“After being turned away by a well known mortgage broker, we contacted Simply after reading all the other glowing reviews online, suspecting that they were too good to be true. This is absolutely not the case. The whole team at Simply, in particular David White, have gone above and beyond in order for us to achieve our dream of owning our own home. From start to finish, they were attentive, kept us calm in times of crisis and were always extremely quick to get back to us every time we had a query. We cannot recommend Simply enough. The fee was worth every penny. Make the call. If we hadn't, we would not be sat typing this in our own home right now. Thank you David and all the team at Simply.”

“From the first phone call when Doug answered I have felt supported every step of the way. Every email answered within minutes. Every phone call answered straight away and passed straight to the right person to help me.All the way through its felt like nothing was too much trouble. All lovely friendly people. “After a very stressful 3 months of getting no where with another financial advisory company i came randomly across simply on google and was my last attempt to secure my family home of my dreams and was a complete stress free process all completed in less than 2 weeks - I would highly recommend to anyone and will be back to update my mortgage down the line - fantastic service from Loreta :)”

“Cannot fault this company at all they have been so helpful and nothing has been to much trouble. They kept me in the loop every step of the way and my mortgage was agreed in two weeks I cannot recommend to use them enough. “After being turned down by the bank I have used all my life - I definitely felt up against it. The feedback my bank gave me was that I had adverse credit - this all turned out to be a missed payment of a small amount years ago. I did consider giving up at this point but someone suggested a broker - I googled adverse credit mortgages and it lead me to simply. I was out through to David White - an absolute star!! I had a mortgage in principle in hours for a 95% mortgage off a high street lender! Then next few weeks were filled with forms and checks but David made it very easy and guided me and supported me through it all! Towards the end the lender did start to drag there feet but David pursued them and kept on top of them to ensure the official offer came through! Thanks everyone on the Simply team - especially David White!!!”

Very helpful throughout and I did not feel patronised when I asked questions Contacted me personally to inform me of the mortgage offer being accepted, which we felt was an nice touch.
