“Dealt with Doug for my mortgage after he'd been recommended by somebody else. He always responded to any questions i had quickly, and explained things clearly if i needed him to. He made the process quite easy for me (being a first time buyer) and once we found a property, everything went through very quickly. Would definitely recommend!”

“Right from the initial call this has been a great experience. Loreta and Paige have brilliant, keeping us updated regularly, always on hand to answer any questions and genuinely wanting to help us. We had almost given up after being turned down by the high street lenders but Simply found a way to help us and we are now on the way to living in the home of our dreams. Would recommend to anyone.”

“We had problems in the past with credit and didn't know who to trust and turn to for our mortgage as there is a lot of confusing information out there. I e-mailed simply and Doug first contacted us and was confident we shouldn't have an issue on getting our mortgage. It took us a few months to find the right property but when we did Lisa was on hand and answered all my silly questions within a few hours. The process has been a real eye opener but Lisa guided us every step of the way. I cannot thank Lisa and Doug and anyone else who was involved in the process. We received our mortgage offer today and we should hopefully be in by Christmas! Thank you so much again would recommend you to all.”

“We got refused a mortgage by the estate agents mortgage advisor. But we was adamant we wanted this house! So I searched the Internet and found these guys. Read the reviews and thought it was too good to be true. But I started talking to David white and he was great from start to finish. Couldn't of asked for a better service. Yes it's a bit more money to pay out but so worth it. Also bit more paper work but it was all worth it as we got our mortgage and are waiting for our moving date off our Solictor now. Would highly reccomend them to anyone who is struggling to get a mortgage. Thank you David and team for all your help”

“Let me start by saying a huge thank you to the orange team at Simply, Loreta, Holly & Paige especially. What an amazing team. Me & my husband did not think we could get a mortgage in our current circumstance. My husband being self employed with never having any finance or credit and myself with a default from two years age (a small mobile debt settled) but we desperately wanted to buy, we had banks tell us to get credit cards so my husband could build up some form of history and we had other brokers say they wouldn't be able to help us. Well this has been a simple, straight forward & stress free process resulting in a mortgage offer in principle with one day and the official mortgage offer just a few weeks later, and from a high street lender with completely normal rates!! Amazing, to us this feels like we have won the lottery and we would have not got here without Simply and the wonderful staff working there magic. The staff always answer questions promptly and give fantastic Advice as well as being so friendly and welcoming. A truley fantastic experience that felt to good to be true, but here we are with our firm mortgage offer;-) thank you so much again Simply and for all you reading the reviews, honestly don't hesitate, give them a call and you will be over the moon with the results!”

“I have had no problems at any stage of my dealings with them. Both Doug and lisa have gone out of their way to help, explain and find a suitable mortgage. Any queries I had have been answered quickly and efficiently. We have had a limited timescale to work to and they came throughvwith weeks to spare. All in all i am very grateful and morebthan happy with the service i have received. Worth every penny.”

“Our situation was anything but straightforward. We met with Emma who was very knowledgeable about the market and knew which mortgage providers may lend to us. I can't rate Emma highly enough and has secured us not only a mortgage that I didn't think was possible but obtained us a rate that was one of the best around!!!”

“We have been trying to get a mortgage for over a year with a different company, we had set back after set back eventually our advisor decided he'd give up..! We were heartbroken to potentially lose the property we had waiting.. My partner found simply on an off chance searching the Internet.. He'd had defaults on his credit report so we thought that was it!! Simply were amazing, from start to finish it took just over 3 weeks for them to secure us a mortgage offer.. They kept in touch throughout the whole thing and were amazing! I still can't quite believe we've secured out first house all thanks to simply..”

“The whole process was made very easy as we where allowed to ask all sort of questions, as first time buyer we didn't understand many things but Doug and Lisa took there time to explain. We are this couple that calls like 4 times a day and they were never tired of explaining the same thing over and over and most importantly when our developer was wasting the lenders time, Lisa personally took this on herself and helped us by going after the developer to make sure the survey was done on time. We would be more than happy to recommend to family and friends.”
