“Apart from the fee service was fantastic Even after the mortgage offer was in place I still got regular emails checking if everything was going ok and I even got Adrian to chase some details on more than one occasion which he was happy to do so.”

“Excellent service,all the staff are very patient helpful which is what you need when your 1st time buyers.They made the journey very pleasant and set our expectations from the start and truly delivered.worth every penny with the very competitive fee,they are still on hand helping with any further advice and support even after they have done their job.I would highly recommend to anyone weather buying or remortgaging.”

“From first contact with David White the whole process was explained clearly and we were always kept informed. We never thought we would be able to obtain a mortgage but not only did David sort things for us he also got us accepted by a high street lender. The white team (David and Chanelle in particular) were outstanding throughout the whole process and we can't thank them enough for everything they have done for us”

“After along wait for a new build David and the team came through with the goods very little effort on our behalf in fact seemed so stress free for us sometimes you thought you needed to be doing something . David & Chanelle look after all and was on the end of the phone with any questions we move in to our new home early summer thanks to them will defo recommend and come back to them in the future”

“My bank (RBS) messed us around and wasted two months trying to remortgage with some debt consolidation and bad credit. Simply were great throughout. They used our credit reports to pre-check with the underwriters. Everything went through smoothly. We got a better deal. Worth every penny of the cost. The simply folks kept us informed, worked by email for speed and even chased things through with the lawyers after the offer. I can't recommend them highly enough.”

“I really cannot give Simply a high enough recommendation. I contacted Simply with regards to a mortgage application due to an adverse credit rating. Being self employed also complicated the process. Loreta and the Orange team worked tirelessly and updated me on the process either by email or phone, almost everyday. Finally recieved a firm mortgage offer. Thank you all so much for your help and experience.”

“We had wasted 2 months of our house sale time in a stressful process with our existing lender who had promised from the start that we would have no problem with our mortgage app to move home. It was devastating to be declined months down the line in the middle of Christmas. We nearly called everything off after 2 brokers told us we could just about get what we needed but at a rate 4% higher than we had been on before!! I got a call from Ian at simply (I'd been googling and had entered my number in their 'check if you qualify' section). He didn't waste any time just asked for our salary amounts and credit reports. He had a decision in principal within a few hours, from a high street lender at a rate cheaper than we had been quoted by our own lender! I read through all these reviews as I couldn't believe we would get through the full application and was worried about the fee. I instinctively had confidence in Ian from the start, it was evident how experienced and knowledgeable of the market he was..and we proceeded. Ecstatic to say that today (less than 2 weeks since the first call) we have our full Mortgage offer in writing!!!! For the amount we need at an amazing rate. Everything was done at speed, we quickly provided all docs and in return they were dealt with immediately. They also work outside of standard office hours so updates are provided when you aren't expecting. Above all though they are a genuinely good bunch of people, it's been a pleasure to deal with them. I am more than happy to pay a fee for this service they saved us tens of thousands of pounds, and above all, have made it possible for us to move home. If you are in the same boat worrying about defaults on your credit report, I strongly recommend you use this company.”

“After a long time looking into mortgages and finding dead ends in every direction, being told no and thinking that I would never get a mortgage again I finally came across Simply. Paul Grimwood was an absolute breath of fresh air, both Paul and the green team worked tirelessly and kept me informed of every step, everything was explained in detail and once all of the details were established and the required documentation supplied, a decision in principle was received, just over a week later after dotting a couple of eyes my mortgage offer was received, from a high street lender at a rate comparable with any other lender out there. I would recommend Simply to anybody out there wether slight adverse or not, 100% satisfaction from these guys. A big thank you to Paul, Liz and all at Simply!!”

“Massive thanks to Simply and in particular Loreta and Paige. Really professional services and helped me the whole way through the mortgage process. There was a point last year we thought we werent able to get a mortgage, but with their help we was able to get our mortgage and finally our own place together. Thanks alot!”
