“A terrible previous marriage each had left me and my new husband with lousy credit reports and thinking we wouldn't be able to get a mortgage, despite us spending the last 5 years trying to clear our former spouses' debts. I contacted Simply as a last resort and cringed when I admitted the defaults and CCJs that we had. At no point did they make us feel embarrassed and told us that if there was a solution out there they would find it. Low and behold, about a month after my first call, we have now received our mortgage offer. We couldn't get high street rates but we expected that and their fees are a lot more reasonable than other Adverse Credit brokers out there. Adrian, Jackie and Kerry could not have been more proactive and I can't thank them enough for all their efforts and the kind and courteous way they dealt with any query.”

“Simply investment.... Simply fantastic!! Could not rate this company enough! I was in a position where I NEEDED to get myself a mortgage before September. After being turned away by 3 of the big high street lenders due to my credit history I had given up hope. I then turned to simply for some advice and after an initial phone call and a few emails exchanging information i had myself a decision in principle! And the 1 week later i had bagged myself an official mortgage offer! Simple as that!! The whole operation from start to finish was fantastic. All the people I was in contact with throughout my application were more than helpful, and kept me informed of my progress on a daily basis. Ian's knowledge and customer service skills were second to none, he had really gone the extra mile to get me the best deal. He has been a god send and the same for Lisa and Chanelle, they work fast and know what they're talking about!! If you have had poor credit in the past, have defaults against your name but really feel like should be given a chance then give these guys a call. You will not regret it!! A+++++++”

“These guys are great. Although it would have been more profitable to put us through an adverse lender, when the opportunity presented itself to get us a great deal with a high street lender, they did not hesitate to do this! In the end we saved close to £1000 pounds a month in mortgage payments and I can't thank them enough. They have a great team there. I found Kerry, Lauren and Jackie particularly helpful! I recommend this company to all those looking for mortgages as they are very knowledgeable.”

“The most amazing service from start to finish we really didn't think we would be able to get a mortgage due to bad credit history but Liz and David went above and beyond to help us get a great mortgage and the rate was good too! We will definitely be using again in a few years when we need to change again! Highly recommend the staff and the service provided well worth the fee takes all the hassle out of everything they really know there stuff amazing can't thank them enough for all there help!!”

“Words cannot explain how fantastic this company is. They have made the impossible, possible. I had suffered a bad credit history and given up on the idea of ever getting a mortgage, but I gave it one last chance and left it in the hands of simply who worked their magic and managed to find me a very good mortgage and to say I'm over the moon is a massive understatement. So a huge thank you to this company ( mainly Ian and Lisa) where nothing was too much trouble and kept me informed every step of the way. If like me you had given up hope, please give them a try.”

“Fantastic team of Kerry, Adrian and Jackie put together an excellent mortgage for us at a rate of just over 1% allowing us to make the move to a bungalow. Fast turn around with a mortgage offer in 2 weeks. Would recommend this provider, well worth the cost for the level of professional service you receive and some out of the box thinking.”

“This company actually know what they are doing. Our HTB developer referred us to their free mortgage broker which resulted in 3-4 months of anguish and wasted time. We contacted Simply after two inexplicable declines from sub lenders and immediately saw the contrast in their approaches. It was night and day. Doug Robertson at Simply was knowledgeable, reassuring and thorough. He assessed our case and let us know from the outset that he could get us a mortgage offer in 10 days with a mainstream lender - which he did in less than 10 days!! Our interest rate was significantly better which meant nearly £400 less a month than the what the other mortgage broker could get us. Finally, we can actually start thinking about picking our furniture, measuring the drapes, telling both our families and friends that we are moving!! Tell anyone you know to try these guys first. Save yourself the anguish. Getting what you pay for, truly does apply here.”
