“Despite having a full-time permanent job, no CCJs and living at the same address for over 3 years I was surprised to find it challenging to get a mortgage to buy a property. Simply Averse provided a thorough and professional service from the onset and a dedicated team worked hard right to the point of the mortgage offer. They provided high level customer service and continuous updates on the progress of my application. That's why I've rated them so highly and have no qualms recommending them.”

“Went to simply at the very last minute after being let down by various brokers , I didn’t have to much hope as already tried bad credit specialist brokers with no luck, to my shock Matt and his team got me a agreement in principle within 2 hours with NatWest at a unbelievable interest rate , at this point I thought it was all too good to be true as the other brokers couldn’t get me a AIP at a high interest rate with back street lenders , now a couple weeks on Ive just received my offer from NatWest and I’m over the moon! Every single member of simply I dealt with was very easy to get hold of, always helpful and got things done straight away, can’t thank them enough for getting me and my partner out dream home , best money I’ve ever spent”

“I cannot fault the service, as despite a couple of curve balls thrown in the applications direction, they still managed to secure a mortgage with a high street lender despite all our reservations. My only criticism, and I know this is a widespread one is that the fee charge is very high - £2,495 for us! It is however, only charged on the formal offer of the mortgage, so if they can't get one, you won't pay - although don't quote me on that, check the T&Cs!!!”

“If you are reading this review you are probably wondering if simply really are as good as advertised and ‘can they really help me?’. I have to attest to the fact that they are fantastic. A great polite efficient and experience team of people who really want to see you achieve your new home purchase. They took the time to explain exactly what we needed to do to get our mortgage after a bad patch of unemployment and poor credit ratings. The reassured us and didn’t give false hope or ideas. Many thanks to Daniel and Karen and the rest of the team!”

“We turned to Simyply Adverse as we got turned down by high street lender initially. We got a AIP in two days and it only took two weeks to get paperwork to the lender. We had an offer accepted and just going through the motions now. I was a little apprehensive at first but reading the reviews on trust pilot, gave us the confidence to go ahead with the mortgage application. The broker fee, was high but you receive first class service. We would like to thank Doug, Jackie and Kerry for the assistance in making our mortgage dreams a reeliality. I would highly recommend Simply to friends and family and will be using them again.”

“Having used mortgage brokers before i was a bit sceptical however i used simply recently for an increase in mortgage for a house move..... was assigned Helen Matthews who was fantastic from start to finish and actually found a mortgage much cheaper than i found myself. Would definitely use again and would recommend Helen and the team to anyone.”

“Simply arranged my remortgage for me recently, they made the process very straightforward. It was made more difficult with my income which is quite unusual but Helen and Caroline found me a solution with a good rate. I also dealt with Jo and Paige in the support team who were both really helpful and friendly.”
