“I contacted Mortgage thoughts hoping that they could assist with a mortgage application as my situation was more than complicated, poor credit rating, deposit coming from family member, partner self employed and unable to prove proof of income. After speaking with Emma i was quickly and professionally made to feel at ease and confident that she could assist me even though i had a far less that prefect credit rating by the credit reference agency. After initially applying for what i thought would be a sub-prime mortgage for people that have less than a decent credit rating I was surprised that today my mortgage was approved for a rate as good as any high street lender. “I was very impressed with how my case was handled. Luke manged to find me not only a remortgage offer, but a 'high street offer.' I suffered financial difficulties and a poor credit rating in the past. I effortlessly searched high and low and spoke to so many specialist lenders that could not manage what Luke offered. His knowledge and experience in the industry is second to none. I've found hope in the end.”

“Luke was simply fantastic and I cannot fault him in any way. I've never used a broker before and I'm so glad I did this time and so glad I chose Luke to help me with this application. Luke was extremely knowledgeable, committed to helping me, very patient explaining and re assuring me with what was a slightly complicated application and I honestly believe without his help my house move would not have been possible or at least a great deal more stressful. “After having a horrible experience with safeguard who just didn’t want to know about us when we got declined with one company, got in touch with Simply and they actually cared about our situation always kept in touch with us and updated us daily, Doug and Lauren couldn’t of been any better! “Where to start. This company has been amazing from start to finish. We first contacted them late last year. After been told we would never get a mortgage because off bad credit. This company lead us all the way told us what we needed to do and answers every question we asked. We have now been formally offered our mortgage and looking forward too moving into our new home. Anybody out there that thinks they have no hope give this company a shout I will guarantee it you won’t regret it”

“Tried 4 other mortgage advisors including some who said whole of market.... These are the only ones who got me a mortgage offer. Others may be cheaper but cheap is no good if u get nowhere.”
