“We sit here amongst boxes as we are packed and moving in to our brand new house tomorrow, after 10 yrars plus of renting. I didn't think this would be possible so soon after clearing our debts but Doug and his team worked their magic and got us a good deal with a high street lender. Great service and communication were another plus and we are so happy to finally be on the eve of moving in to our own home. Yes you pay a little more for the service, but you get what you pay for. Thank you!”

“My partner and I didn't know what the options were for securing a mortgage on our dream home. From the first time I spoke to Adrian I felt that we were talking to someone who i could have complete confidence in and that goes all through the team. Customer service is truly excellent, the attention to detail, their approachability is what you want when working through something like this. Jenny, our case handler, kept us appraised throughout and could not have been more helpful. Having now been through the process of buying a home and securing a mortgage a couple of times, this is by far the best experience. You may pay a fee but for both peace of mind and to reduce stress it is worth every penny. Thank you Adrian, Jenny and Team!”

“We came to Daniel and his team after being messed around for around 8 weeks with another lender to no resolve. We were wary of the broker fee in the beginning but once we provided all our information Daniel assured us we were in safe hands and we took the plunge....safe to say 7 days later we had a formal mortgage offer at a lower rate and for a shorter term saving us around £350 pcm. We were delighted. Both myself and my partner have low credit rating with minor defaults which Simply took into account. A very thorough and streamlined service! They have made our dreams of owning a property in London come true. We can't thank them enough”

“Simply the best is how I would describe our experience. We came accross Simply after we had been turned down by a high street broker who advised we sit tight for a couple of years before trying to apply for a mortgage to enable us to move house. I did some research looking on Martin Lewis money forum and Simply kept being mentioned. Well I can honestly say from day one the customer service and hard work all Of the staff involved have provided us has been second to none, quick reply’s to emails or phone calls , if it’s been someone’s day off then another team memeber would pick up our enquiry and keep us updated. Its felt like we’ve had our very own private brokers that dealt with only us. Its worth every penny of the fee so if your reading this and are feeling a bit sceptical as we were then I’d say please don’t and give them a call. The good news is we’ve had our mortgage offer and found our new house to begin the next chapter. Thank you again to Adrian, Liz, Kerry, jenny,Jackie and Tracey and anyone else behind the scenes that helped us with obtaining an offer.”

“From the moment I first called for advice, the team at Simply were fantastic. Dan, Kerry, Lisa and the team were excellent at communicating at which the point the process was at and the product/rate I have received was just unobtainable elsewhere. I have received the mortgage offer, with the deposit amount I wanted, in less than 3 weeks and that was over the new year period too! I highly recommend the services of Simply - they are well worth their broker fee!”
