“Simply have been brilliant! We were fairly nervous at the start and they made us feel at ease and confident we would be able to secure our first mortgage. Hayley sorted our agreement in principle less than 24 hours after our initial enquiry and kept in regular contact with us in the process of finding our home. She helped with all of our questions once we had found somewhere and all information was clear and easy to follow, ensuring the process ran smoothly. Once Hayley had correlated all of the documents needed from us, we were put in contact with Liz & Ria, within hours Liz & Ria had made contact with us and submitted our formal application. Ria has kept us up to date with where the application is up to again answering any questions we had and if Ria was ever not available, Tia and Zoe were there to get back to us too. We were issued our formal offer just 6 days after submitting it!! All in all simply have been brilliant for us and we're so pleased we chose them, everything has been smooth, seamless and quick which has put our minds at rest and we now look forward to completing on our first home :)”

“Jackie & Matthew were my advisors and they have been fantastic from start to finish. The whole process was lengthy but both kept me & my dad at ease. They have been open and honest and extremely supportive and professional. I highly recommend anyone looking for a 2nd mortgage to go through simply! Thank you”

“Nathan, Ria and the rest of the team have made what seemed impossible possible for us. My partner had poor credit and a previous IVA so it was not a straightforward process. Nathan and Ria and everyone we have dealt with at simply averse has made us feel confident and calm in what has been a stressful time. We have been kept updated through every stage, had all our questions answered and when things did not go as planned Nathan was quick to find a solution. We could not recommend simply averse enough if you are struggling to get or think you are not able to get a mortgage. We have gone from feeling this way to a formal offer in less than 2 weeks.”

“Superb service from Alex and ria and all of the team. They got us an 9ffer at a great rate from a high street lender when other brokers said it wasn't possible. They were always available to answer questions and kept us updated at every step. Very impressed and grateful”

“What can I say? After a period of bad luck we didn’t think we would be able to buy a larger home for our family. Simply were phenomenal. “Simon, Jackie, Aisha, ( Paige, Abbey on the second round) !! Dream Team! Amazing people! They will get you an offer! Please even if they tell you to wait, when your ready use them! The fee is soooo worth it! My first sale fell through which they obtained a mortgage offer for! Absolutely gutted! Let me tell you my credit was bad! Terrible! CCJ and defaults everywhere! They told me it was possible despite all the brokers I had been to before! On my second attempt at buying a property they came through for me and I had already paid! I’m beyond happy I can’t even type but please use simply the service is 5 star! It’s an A1 service and you won’t regret it! The team were amazing, the communication was brilliant I’m always going through them if I choose to switch my mortgage! Loyal customer here! Sarah xxx”

“Believe us when we say that we look for a good broker! Our case was a bit difficult as my husband had a CCJ (for under £300 and 2 years old) and was Self employed. We approached a lot of brokers that swear that they could get us an AIP but only Nathan Dauncey DID! His immediate response to any question was beyond professionalism, he got us a good deal and most important walk us through every step of the way. And its not only Nathan but his whole team, after they submitted the application, Ria Daniel was in contact with us at every step of the way. We managed to get our first Mortgage approved in 4 days! We highly recommend Simply Lending, worth every penny, their service, attention to details is amazing.”
