“Absolutely by far an amazing company to get help and support from. “I just had my house re-mortgaged via Simply! Once again they have been absolutely impeccable with their service from start of application straight through to completion. in particular, I was again impressed with their communication to me from start to finish ! A BIG shoutout to Dan who initially found a great deal for me on the market and then Tia for ensuring my application was on track with responding to all of my queries via email and phone promptly ! She even chased up the solicitors for me which meant I could just focus on my work! Thank you. Your help has been greatly approved ☺️ I highly recommend Sinply to anyone looking to re-mortgage . Trust me you will not be disappointed.”

“Simple we’re amazing all the way through the process, not only getting us a mortgage for the full amount required with a small deposit but also at a rate we are very happy with. Shelagh, supported by Ria, has been fantastic all the way through, always on hand to answer our questions and work through any issues with the Lender. 5 stars!”

“Hello, My experience with simply lending was excellent. I was updated throughout my Morgage application. The service was excellent and I knew exactly what stage my application was at. I would like to mention Aisha Pell and Alex Gauld. Both provided a very good service. In particular Aisha was brilliant!”

“Excellent work by 1st Gareth Hutchings and once passed over to Ava Conroy. Very well dealt with and confident from initial contact to the end and keep you updated. Was recommended by a family member and will deffo be recommended again. It was worth paying the fee, took the stress away within 2 weeks. “I dont know what say am lost in words, this company especially Robert, Jenny and Zoe who helped us get a mortgage first broker we went to didnt get us a mortgage, communication was really bad but this company helped us alot from start to finish getting the mortgage and giving us regular updates. Our thank you isnt enough for their help and support they gave us. We would highly recommend this company. Thank You ever so much”
