“Simply the best!!! I can honestly say that Simply have been outstanding in every way, we couldn’t have been happier with the service that we received!! Especially our broker Jamie Percy, a HUGE thank you, he went above & beyond for us, answering all our questions, being contactable all day everyday, a friendly person to speak to in very stressful times and most importantly getting the job done in an exceptional time frame! Every person we have spoken to at Simply have been friendly, helpful and nothing is ever too much! A special thank you to Tia Russel for looking after our case, contacting us every minute keeping us updated! From the first contact with Jamie to the after care sorting out insurances, it has been outstanding!! We have and will carry on recommending Simply to everyone we know! “5***The team at simply were excellent throughout our mortgage application. As self employed I had a few hurdles along the way but Aisha, Alex & Karen made sure we got over them in my tight timeframe. Never did I phone/email and get passed around or put on hold or emails not replied to . Excellent service and I’d thoroughly recommend the brokers to anyone looking for a mortgage no matter how complex you feel your situation may be.”

“I submitted the online form and had a quick response from Jenny, Jenny has been amazing from start to finish. She explained the whole process from the outset and was there to answer any questions that I had. Although she mentioned the process may be long and complicated with lots of questions asked and documents needed, it was actually a lot quicker than expected and we had a mortgage accepted in under 2 weeks of submitting. Would highly recommend for anyone who has struggled to get a mortgage with bad credit as these are real humans and not just some computer who automatically say no if they detect something bad on your credit file.”

“Two weeks ago we thought it would be impossible for us to remortgage, we’d been turned down by a high street bank due to a couple of late payments on our credit report. I found Simply during an internet search, read the reviews & felt hopeful! I spoke to Jamie Percy in the morning & he assured me that he’d find us an offer & by the end of the day we had our OIP, two weeks later we have received our official offer. I’d have no hesitation in recommending this company, efficient, friendly, non judgemental & hard working. Thank you to Jamie, Jackie & especially to Aisha who was an absolute gem! Thank you all 5*”

“I cannot thank the guys from simply enough for the way they handled our application. From start to finish they were incredible and dealt with our case professionally, accurately with bags of humility. “Simply the best! This is the second mortgage arranged by Simply and service was as good as the last, the reason we came back. Caroline a real stalwart in her dealings with Virgin, nothing too much trouble. Both Aisha and Karen always available and willing to answer any questions. No drop in service after broker fee paid, would thoroughly recommend Simply to anyone”

“We approached Simply as we had been down the normal route of using our house builders recommendations for mortgage advice we tried 2 companies and both came back unable to secure a mortgage, I then spoke to Lewis who started liking at options for us he came back and suggested we fitted the criteria for a high street lender we decided to look at this option and although it wasn’t plain sailing Simply have managed to secure the funds we needed to purchase our forever home, we are so grateful for Alex and other member of the team who have made this possible for us”

“Before speaking to Nathan I wasn’t sure I could get a mortgage and he got me an agreement in principle so quickly and the rate was so much better than I thought. Was so quick and easy I can’t recommend him enough. Once it went over to their processing department they were so clear on what they needed and the whole process was so quick so I was able to get the house I wanted!”
