“I highly recommend this company! They are fantastic, my first call was with Beckie Pepperrell and she is absolutely outstanding. Nothing is a problem for her and she can perform miracles!! Beckie takes away any concerns or worries and trust me I had plenty. Communication and updates were perfect and I am the happiest woman to have now received my formal mortgage offer and purchase my very first home. “Shelagh has been absolutely amazing for me, she has gone above and beyond for me worked tirelessly and really helped me through the whole process, I couldnt thank or recommend her enough. She has made me feel at ease with everything talked me through everything and really assured me through it all. A really brilliant hard working lady who's so helpfull no matter what time day or night her emails and phone is always on..”

“After trying many different avenues with other brokers, we were facing dead-ends and frustrating wait times which were majorly jeopardising our chances of securing a mortgage and house. In only 2 weeks from our first call to Simply Lending, the team (Hayley, Jackie, Aisha and Paige) took us from feeling like we had no hope to a mortgage approval from a high street lender. The process was incredibly quick and easy to navigate and we were kept well informed at all times. Our thanks to you all.”

“We can't rate Simply highly enough! We have used them on two occasions, the first when our credit was a little less than good and they helped us to secure our mortgage. The second time when we remortgaged but this time they found us a high Street bank and we consolidated at the same time helping our finances even more. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were there for any questions or worries we had. I would especially like to thank Dan, Aisha and Ava who worked tirelessly on our behalf. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Simply's service. Thank you!”
