“So, we had Aime as our advisor, words can’t express how much she has helped us, she has been at our side from day one, no matter how many questions we had she was always on the end of the phone and email. We are first time buyers so have no clue of mortgage talk, Aime never made us feel silly for asking basic stuff, she is able to break things down to human talk. I couldn’t recommend Aime or the company more. It’s a shame we won’t get to talk to her as often now we have our home. Buy a house with Aime at your side, you’re in safe hands. We love her.”

“Simply Lending Solutions have been fantastic, I have had brilliant advice and support every step of the way. Initially I had advice from Michael who was very knowledgeable, I was very reassured by his advice. He was very responsive and went above and beyond. When I was passed to Max he was also brilliant, both were very reassuring and totally took the stress out of the process. The service is excellent value and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend”

“We cannot thank Caroline, Jackie, Pedro and the team at Simply Lending enough!! They truly went above and beyond to help us with our mortgage application for our first home. As first time buyers, we really appreciated all the time and support they gave us with understanding the journey and processes that follow - the teams attentiveness, professionalism and communication throughout made what could have been a really stressful situation an enjoyable one. They exceeded all expectations, were there for us whenever we needed and ensured all matters were addressed extremely quickly. “Just amazing. I used another broker for over a month and didn't get anywhere with my application. Within 24 hours I had my DIP and only a few days later I'm already with a case manager. Stress free and easy! Wouldn't highly recommend them”

“We initially started off with the new build developers broker, (don’t use the developers recommended broker) after feeling a little unsettled and realising they definitely weren’t working for us following a GDPR breach, we were put in touch with John Hall. John immediately put our mind at rest, he was so chilled about the process, which dropped our shoulders straight away. John and Jack Karmy prepared our case ready to transfer to Max Willis, all three were fantastic and I cannot recommend them enough. I think we had our AIP within 24hrs and our offer just over a week after submission. Communication was excellent, and we were constantly asked if we had any questions or anything we wanted to double check etc. As first time buyers, naturally we had a lot of questions, John, Jack and Max all had their fair share of questions fired at them, and never once was I made to feel like a pest or pain, they couldn’t do enough for us. We also can’t forget our Helen, who we are forever grateful for :-) Thank you all so much.”

“I can not believe that I finally have my mortgage I never thought was possible. Due to a bad credit report. Michael and Jackie have been working hard To make it happen . When Jackie called me Thursday evening to say my mortgage has been approved. I cried with joy . So please don’t ever give up anything is possible.”

“Absolutely wonderful. The team at Simply (especially Ava and Matthew) have helped my family beyond measure. Due to having a disabled child I had to leave employment and as a result we fell into debt - we managed to become debt free but because of previous debt got turned away by most high Street lenders. The team at Simply managed to get us a morgage at a reasonable rate which has allowed us to find a property suitable for our family.”

“Quite simply brilliant! The his is the second time Michael has helped me with lending solutions and again my experience has been that of outstanding customer service. Thanks to Michael and Paige I am no longer a mortgage prisoner stuck on a high interest rate with an inactive lender. They were supportive and communicated well throughout my remortgage and have managed to help me move to a high street lender, something I thought would be impossible. An excellent company who have been absolutely life changing for me, so glad I found them!”
