“We have just had our mortgage offer and are absolute thrilled, we genuinely did not expect this due to our rubbish credit rating Alex and Chanelle have absolutely pulled it out the bag, application to offer in 5 weeks. Don’t be put off getting advice if you have blemished credit history. They really do know what they are doing and don’t just look at a credit score they go way beyond and look at personal situations Process was fairly smooth and contact all the way through yes the fee seems high but you get the what you pay for absolute experts and fantastic service well worth paying the money to get us into our first home Fingers crossed we should be moved in in no time thanks again everyone at simply”

“These guys make dreams come true!!!! Started the process in December after being told under no circumstances could we get a mortgage for our dream home due to adverse credit ! here we are 2 months later with a formal offer - I cannot praise this company enough they are amazing! “Excellent service, very helpful to find solutions. Angela made everything easy and straight forward and always very helpful. Despite having numerous defaults and DMP, they found me an extremely low interest rate mortgage better than I ever imagined and better than my friends mortgage who has exceptional credit! Would highly recommend and worth the fee. I genuinely never thought it was possible until I did a google search and found them, sounded too good to be true but it really is. Very quick mortgage offer also. These guys are amazing - Thanks so much :)”

“Simply investment.... Simply fantastic!! Could not rate this company enough! I was in a position where I NEEDED to get myself a mortgage before September. After being turned away by 3 of the big high street lenders due to my credit history I had given up hope. I then turned to simply for some advice and after an initial phone call and a few emails exchanging information i had myself a decision in principle! And the 1 week later i had bagged myself an official mortgage offer! Simple as that!! The whole operation from start to finish was fantastic. All the people I was in contact with throughout my application were more than helpful, and kept me informed of my progress on a daily basis. Ian's knowledge and customer service skills were second to none, he had really gone the extra mile to get me the best deal. He has been a god send and the same for Lisa and Chanelle, they work fast and know what they're talking about!! If you have had poor credit in the past, have defaults against your name but really feel like should be given a chance then give these guys a call. You will not regret it!! A+++++++”

“We were recommended to approach Simply for our mortgage as we had been having issues previously with various brokers and lenders for over 2 months. We had excellent credit, but are partners / owners of a small limited company and both classed as self employed, this was our difficulty. We cannot thank Caroline, Tracey and Adam enough for getting us through this tricky situation, with professionalism and great communication. We were updated all the way through the process. Yes it was hard work, I think they had everything except our DNA in the end. At times we felt like it was never going to happen. But after 5 weeks, we finally received our formal offer. Be patient and trust the team. If these guys can't do it, then no one can Thanks' again, you deserve 10 stars.”

“An Excellent Service! From start to finish a thoroughly superb Service. Essentially the Simply Lending team pre-approved me for a mortgage, prior to having an offer accepted on a house. It enabled me to be move quickly on the purchase, and after an offer was accepted, it took less than a week for a valuation from the lender, and the mortgage offer came in 24 hours after the valuation. I am delighted with the outcome, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Simply Lending Team. Thanks for the support!”

“We didn't think it would be possible to get a mortage as we had adverse credit i phoned simply in november and was given a call back from ian wicks he was really helpful and his advise was spot on after looking at our credit files and approaching a mortage lender he advised us to wait a couple of months before trying to give our credit files time to heal a liitle more he advised he keep our details and call us back in january Initially i was disappointed thinking that he probably wouldnt contact us but true to his word we recieved a call back in January he has been amazing especially with me as i did call him quite a bit but he was always there with his ressurances jackie was also amazing keeping us informed on more or less a daily basis We recieved our mortage offer today and we are over the moon and looking forward to moving into our new home in the next few weeks Carnt thank ian & jackie enough Would definatley recommend simply to anyone Sonia norbury”

“As first time buyers, the whole process of obtaining a mortgage was extremely daunting given our peppered credit history. Our first point of contact was Angela who's warm, friendly manner and complete professionalism, explaining each step in detail along the way, really put us at ease. No call was too many, no question too silly. Very supportive and empathetic towards my wife who had recently lost her mum. Exactly who you want and need at your main contact. We can't recommend her and the team highly enough, Paige & Karen we're also so very thankful.”

“2 weeks ago I was checking these Trustpilot reviews, dubious whether Simply could help me, but also at a last resort. I've now been accepted for a mortgage with a hugely mainstream bank and with really good interest rates, despite having 3 CCJs for parking fines that went to the wrong house. The Simply team have been great - special thanks to Alex Wright (advisor), Jackie Weedon (pre-underwriter) and Kerry Mitchell (case officer) who made this quick and relatively simple. My case: After being declined a mortgage with HSBC and then told by Which Mortgage Advisors I needed at least a 30% deposit to secure a mortgage, even as a first time buyer, I thought I wouldn't get a mortgage until my credit history cleared up. This would also mean losing the house I had put an offer on. Simply asked for a ton of documents from me - some of which probably seem a bit unnecessary - but they got results in next to no time. Pretty expensive but well worth it if you want a house.”

“Despite having a full-time permanent job, no CCJs and living at the same address for over 3 years I was surprised to find it challenging to get a mortgage to buy a property. Simply Averse provided a thorough and professional service from the onset and a dedicated team worked hard right to the point of the mortgage offer. They provided high level customer service and continuous updates on the progress of my application. That's why I've rated them so highly and have no qualms recommending them.”

“Fantastic from Start to finish. Having been frustrated with our mortgage advisor we used simply as a last resort. We wish we have initially gone to simply, everything was upfront and honest and everything was made simple for us and with almost daily updates. We were told by our old mortgage adviser we would be unable to gain a mortgage with a high street bank, but simply got us one. Can’t praise simply enough, would highly recommend to anyone.”
