“From the first phone call when Doug answered I have felt supported every step of the way. Every email answered within minutes. Every phone call answered straight away and passed straight to the right person to help me.All the way through its felt like nothing was too much trouble. All lovely friendly people. “Lots of paperwork to be filled and questions to be answered but... its all for good purpose. From first call to formal offer took 10 days. Amazing. If you have some wrinkles in your past, talk to these guys. If anyone can help they can. The service was excellent, frequent updates i.e. whenever anything changed. Bravo!!”

“Previous;y let down by a broker at the last minute. Trustpilot score helped and even though broker fee larger than the previous one was going to to collect, the overall terms are far more beneficial to me. Zero qualms about Simply”

“The service I received from Simply was very good. It took a long time for my mortgage to be approved due to circumstances beyond control but it was worth a wait. The customer service was excellent. “David White and his team has been absolutely wonderful. What a knowledgeable and professional team. From making my intitial Enquiry to getting a mortgage offer, I was well looked after. He was always there to calm me down and reassure me. He got me a mortgage with a high street lender when I thought no lender would grant me a mortgage with my defaults. Just wanted to say thank you very much.. Worth every penny I paid for your service”

“Having previously been given some financial advice by a different but apparently “respectable” mortgage broker and having experienced some dreadful service I was pretty hopeless we could buy the house we wanted or that we would have to get a subprime mortgage. I was already looking for a new place to rent when came across the Simply Invest website and decided to give them a call. I spoke to Doug who within 4 hours of our conversation called me back to let me know he can get the mortgage preapproved and with a high-street lander. Doug’s service has been exceptional throughout the whole process; he was responsive, friendly, answered all my questions (and there was a lot of them) and even sort out some of the issues I had with a solicitor who turned out not to be on the lender’s panel. I could not recommend Dough and Simply Invest highly enough and would use them again without a doubt.”
