“As a Contractor within the IT/Public Sector lenders can be very difficult and finding a mortgage can sometimes prove to be a very stressful process. I have been working with Simply Lending for a couple of years now and they have successfully placed our mortgage with two high street banks on a fantastic rate. Not only that but the service from day 1 has been absolutely fantastic. Caroline has always dealt with me honestly and fully understands my situation. Not only managing to place the mortgage with high street banks on great rates but then proactively managing the whole process from application through to formal offer. Shannon and Paige, case managers, ensure that every detail is covered so that when the lender receives the application, they can just check it over rather then coming back time and again for more info. We have been so impressed with Caroline, Shannon and Paige that we return whenever we need a mortgage review or a new deal. I have recommended a number of friends to Simply as no matter your circumstances, if you are looking for a mortgage then you need to speak to Caroline for an amazing, stress free mortgage experience. “I can not fault anything. Alex and Tracey were very helpful from start to finish and made me feel at ease through the whole process. I got regular updates and did not need to chase them which was lovely as helped to relive some of the anxiety of applying for a mortgage. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Thanks”

“Dan, Lewis and Steph are AMAZING! they know their shizzle and they got me a great deal. You might think it's a bit pricey but you're paying for expert knowledge and skills... it doesn't come cheap. Do not expect to pay the same as you would a kid to make a big mac! Overall I can't fault these guys, first-class service from really nice human beings that you can actually talk to and who understand you. Cheers guys!”

“Throughtout the whole process Jenny and Farrah have been first class , they listened to everything from day 1 and worked out the best format to work too and now we have a mortgage offer , words cant say are happy we are , i would recommend SIMPLY to anyone 5star all the way”

“The guys at simply are so friendly and helpful, I dealt with Aime in particular and she was brilliant. Being a first time buyer I wasn't sure where to begin but she fully explained the process and helped me secure the property. Within 3 weeks I had a formal mortgage offer. I would completely recommend to anyone who needs needs help securing a mortgage no matter what your circumstance are and even when previous brokers have failed. Thanks again!!!”

“We have had a great experience with our broker Gareth. From start to finish and the bits in between he was so helpful and easy to contact. Even whilst dealing with solicitors (who we know are a pain with communicating) he helped and gave reassurance. Gareth’s communication was spot on, and always replied or answered my call when ever I contacted him, if I was unable to get him, his friendly team were great at answering questions as they we all knew what I was taking about. He made the experience great, he got us an amazing deal where we save approx £500 a month. I would not hesitate to contact him again to see what he can do when our deal next runs out. I actually think he will miss me calling! All in all superb service and will be recommending to all friends and family if they need a remortgage. Thankyou again Gareth for all your help!”

“As first time buyers with adverse credit we were ready to have a difficult road but the service received from Jamie, Liz and Farah was exceptional. They were very efficient, responding to queries within minutes and keeping us in the loop every step of the way. Very highly recommend. Jamie was especially kind to give us tips on the area we were looking to purchase in as it was one he was familiar with. Greatly appreciated.”

“If you are reading this review you are probably wondering if simply really are as good as advertised and ‘can they really help me?’. I have to attest to the fact that they are fantastic. A great polite efficient and experience team of people who really want to see you achieve your new home purchase. They took the time to explain exactly what we needed to do to get our mortgage after a bad patch of unemployment and poor credit ratings. The reassured us and didn’t give false hope or ideas. Many thanks to Daniel and Karen and the rest of the team!”

“The afternoon that I called Angela Little of Simply in a total panic, she told me she would get me a mortgage. ALL of the team at Simply has been a massive support and super professional.
