“All 5 stars for this company without thinking twice. Little info from my own personal experience: I had 2 defaults, 3 missed payments and all within 2-3 years so as you all aware this straight away becomes mission impossible to get mortgage however that is where you contact Simply and leave the rest to them as it will all happen. Almost 3 months later and I am to receive house keys this week! Trust me guys - if you have any credit history that is worrying than stop worrying and give a call to Simply. BEST in their field and they don`t talk in riddles. All Simply Team very professional but also down to earth. Yes they will cost you perhaps a bit more than other local companies BUT local companies will not help you if your credit history is poor. Trust me I have been there and perhaps you did try yourselves already with someone who promised but didn`t deliver so stop wasting your time. To sum it all up: If you have deposit for house but your credit history is not perfect to say least - get Simply to sort it all out for you and within months you will be living the dream finally. This review is only expressing my joy of getting something that looked very, very far away but Simply helped me out. PS. Daniel - your the top man! Much appreciated for stress free, professional and friendly service. SERGE”

“After trying for almost 8 years of trying to purchase my council property, Simply Lending Solutions has made it so easy, so simple and so fast to get a mortgage. Due to the pandemic, doing such an important thing online can make it so hard, but Simply Lending where actually super fast and I absolutely am for it. “Myself and my husband had been refused a mortgage by 2 local brokers, both thought they could help, then we get that phone call “ sorry it’s not going to happen” we were devastated. I found simply online and I could not believe the reviews. I have now realised they were all true. Excellent from day 1. I can’t believe I wasted a month with brokers that just couldn’t help us. We had a mortgage in principle in less than 24 hours, 3 weeks on and we now have our final offer and currently waiting for completion dates. We can not thank Reiss and Kerry enough. Amazing people and reassured me all the way through. I never felt like a burden when I was phoning with my anxieties. Thank you so much you have a family of 5 very happy ☺️”

“I really can not recommend Simply enough. Take my word for it and give be them a call. I can’t thank Lee and Nicole enough. I had no where else to turn and thought it would be impossible for me to even be considered for a mortgage, especially with a CCJ. 4 weeks after getting in touch and we’ve had our mortgage offer and found our perfect first home. The whole process was so stress free. It has been absolutely life changing. 100% worth the brokers fee.”
