Very helpful throughout and I did not feel patronised when I asked questions Contacted me personally to inform me of the mortgage offer being accepted, which we felt was an nice touch. I would recommend David to anyone”

“We had problems in the past with credit and didn't know who to trust and turn to for our mortgage as there is a lot of confusing information out there. I e-mailed simply and Doug first contacted us and was confident we shouldn't have an issue on getting our mortgage. It took us a few months to find the right property but when we did Lisa was on hand and answered all my silly questions within a few hours. The process has been a real eye opener but Lisa guided us every step of the way. I cannot thank Lisa and Doug and anyone else who was involved in the process. We received our mortgage offer today and we should hopefully be in by Christmas! Thank you so much again would recommend you to all.”

“After finishing Iva + 2/3 years clear credit never thought getting mortgage would be so hard despite the changes in affordability . Tried to do things myself and realised there was absolutely no possibility of getting mortgage these days so conta cited simply - I would like to say they were first class but it would understate their efforts so I will say ,Galaxy class, They were professional, re assuring , took stress out of everything and today got my mortgage offer . My wife and I are thrilled but Doug - advisor at simply and lisa sorting out questions have been nothing short of amazing. I don't normally write reviews but i cannot praise and thank them enough . C”

“After being turned down by the bank I have used all my life - I definitely felt up against it. The feedback my bank gave me was that I had adverse credit - this all turned out to be a missed payment of a small amount years ago. I did consider giving up at this point but someone suggested a broker - I googled adverse credit mortgages and it lead me to simply. I was out through to David White - an absolute star!! I had a mortgage in principle in hours for a 95% mortgage off a high street lender! Then next few weeks were filled with forms and checks but David made it very easy and guided me and supported me through it all! Towards the end the lender did start to drag there feet but David pursued them and kept on top of them to ensure the official offer came through! Thanks everyone on the Simply team - especially David White!!!”

“I cannot reccomend Simply high enough. Other companies had failed to secure us a mortgage as it was quite a complicated case. We had our heart set on a house and were quite distressed that we were not able to secure a mortgage. Ian worked his magic with the lender and we now have a formal offer in place only a number of weeks after approaching Simply - other companies were talking months!!”

“I've been in contact with David Hamblett on and off for a couple of years now (through Money Saving Expert forums) and I finally had the opportunity to employ his services when looking for our new mortgage for a house purchase. David's attitude, service and promptness is just some of his strengths. David was successful in securing our mortgage in just a couple of weeks and made the process simple and straightforward (despite my OCD when it comes to these things). David was very patient, always responded promptly. We are now just waiting to exchange and complete and David (and Adam) are still in contact to make sure things are moving along. I would thoroughly recommend Simply Investments and I will be calling upon them again when it is time for finding a better deal. Thank you so much!”

“I'm so happy that I got in touch with Simply Investments when it came to arranging a mortgage for the new property I'm purchasing. Ian Wicks is fantastic!! An absolute God send! I was quite upset and anxious (after previously being turned down for a mortgage), he calmly talked me through the whole process which quickly put me at ease. He reassured me that everything would be okay and after submitting the relevant information he kept in touch by phone and email. What I adore most about Simply Investments is their customer service and calming nature - I didn't feel like a client or a case number, it was more personal, like I had Ian Wicks and Liz Cunningham (in administration) exclusively helping me. “In 5 weeks the team at Simply Investment changed our lives. We are now able to purchase our dream home. We approached TurnKey Mortgages in August 2014 in order to secure a mortgage to buy our new home. High Street Lenders were ruled out due to past credit problems and being self-employed. After we were told it was achievable through Precise Mortgages we were happy to let them submit our application. Long story short we were unable to get the mortgage we needed. I wasn't willing to give up just yet and got in touch with SIMPLY INVESTMENT and spoke with David who turned out to be our knight in shining armour. He didn't sugarcoat anything and approached Precise (the same lender) with our case and 5weeks to the day we have our full mortgage offer. If you have a professional broker like David who knows how to approach lenders with your specific needs it makes a massive difference. David, Adam, Holly, Sarah and Liz were amazing the phone never went unanswered and emails were always returned, even phonecalls from irate sellers ( Thanks Adam).They have restored our faith in Mortgage Brokers. This team worked incredibly hard and their knowledge of the market is unbelievable. They make you feel like you are their only client the service is so personal. I certainly would recommend SIMPLY INVESTMESTMENT!”
