“I didn’t think I was going to be able to get a mortgage. Came across Simply online and gave them a call. They are expensive but you get what you pay for. They looked after everything from start to finish. The process can be frustrating with all the paper work they needed and answers and even up until I got the mortgage offer I didn’t think it would happen but they pulled it off. Quick and helpful with a good rate and with a high street lender !! Top company I would use them again 100% !!”

“After looking at mortgages via the unbiased website we were contacted by multiple brokers and advised we would not be able to get any products as my partner had a DMP in the past which had not been satisfied within the last 3 years. We looked up Simple Adverse and thought it was a long shot as other companies couldn’t help us. We gave our credit reports over and some information and we were told they would look into it. They went through submitted our application, kept us fully up to date at all times. The fee is higher than other brokers but it is so worth it and very reasonable. We have just received our official offer and the team have done an amazing job. We were both so worried that we might not be able to get a mortgage but we have got an amazing offer with a high street lender too. Thank you all!”

“Simply amazing! I initially tried to get a mortgage a few months ago, and after being turned away by my bank and 2 brokers, me and my husband had given up hope of being accepted for a mortgage. (defaults on credit file). We thought we would give it one last try and give Simply a call. We had nothing to lose as you don't pay a thing unless you receive a mortgage offer. Looking at these reviews I was sceptical but what did we have to lose. We first had contact with Lee who took all our details and within 24 hours had an agreement in principle. Considering we had been to this stage previously I was not holding out much hope, however Lee was great, answered our emails immediately and had fantastic customer service. 2 days later we had completed all documents needed and were passed to Jackie. She compiled all documentation and information needed and submitted it to the lender within a day. Communication by email was so fast, and they were all reassuring about our situation , but without getting my hopes up. We were then handed to Lisa to complete the application. Within a week we had a formal mortgage offer. This is with a high street lender with a rate we would never have dreamed of. Me and my husband never imagined we would be accepted for a mortgage at this time in our lives, and feel like our dreams have come true. They may cost more than your average broker, but you certainly get what you pay for, and Simply are worth absolutely every penny and more. Who else can get you a mortgage offer within a week of viewing a property, especially when you have a bad credit history?? We can't thank you enough and will certainly be recommending you to everybody!”

“Fantastic service. Didn't think I'd get a mortgage due to a less than favorable credit score and simply got me a mortgage with a high street lender. In principle offer within 3 days and official offer a week later. Jamie, Jackie and Lisa did a great job. Thank you”

“Moving can be widely regarded as stressful, but securing the mortgage was the easiest step thanks to Rob and the team at Mortgage Thoughts. From start to finish, Rob was fantastic – supportive, informative and took ownership of investigating and securing the best possible mortgage deal for me. Completely flexible and responsive, even when the purchase property changed, he was able to make changes so as not to lose any time and was always available on the end of the phone to answer any queries. As support, Steph remained on the ball and actively kept in touch during what was a longer than anticipated process. With some providers there is a tendency to communicate primarily via Email, and it was wholly refreshing to be able to talk to someone working with you along the way. “Never thought I would get a mortgage as I have a debt management plan but the team were fantastic from start to finish. David outlined everything at the start and then passed me to Chantelle and Kerry to collate all my documents. My case manager was Paige, and she was just the best. Very friendly, professional people. They helped to make a very worrying time a thoroughly pleasant experience. Can't thank them all enough.”

“Luke was absolutely fantastic through out the whole process of finding a suitable mortgage. As a first time buyer I was incredibly nervous but he out me at ease and was always at the end of the telephone (even on his day off) and he would always respond to emails within a couple of hours. I really couldn't be more thankful to him. I would highly recommend this service. Steph was great telling me the next steps once I'd received my mortgage offer. A fantastic service - many thanks.”

“Simply were recommended to us by another broker as he didn't deal with Help to Buy, He put me in touch with David White at Simply. Simply put (pun not intended), David, Jackie and Gareth have been brilliant, Myself having some issues in the past, thought we would be paying over the odds for our mortgage, the team have secured us a mortgage with a High St lender at a very good rate and we couldn't be happier, Simply have taken all the stress and worry and kept us updated and the guys work so fast its unreal! We went from an AIP to an offer in 10 days. We will recommend them to anyone we know and feel their fee is worth every single penny. Thanks again guys.”
