“From initial contact with Emma and ongoing liaison with Steph, I felt comfortable in the capabilities, knowledge and experience of them both. My journey of collating all my documents and ensuring they had all they needed to find me a mortgage was seamless. Even after I got my mortgage offer, I was still under their care. “My case was particularly difficult and took 6 weeks from start to finish, and yet they treated me with respect, honesty and kindness all the time. For that I will always be very grateful. It's wonderful to wake up and know I am free to just live my life again with my kids in my own home. Thank you doesn't seem enough but it's all I can say.”

“...not Copperfield,White! After a very draining few months with many brokers refusing to take on our case we thought we had to settle for a broker who could possibly get us a mortgage but with a 7% rate which seemed very high even given our circumstances THEN we found Simply and Mr David White. What a breath of fresh air! From the first conversation David was extremely helpful and very honest. Throughout the whole process David kept us up to date. David replied to all my questions very quickly and efficiently, I remember saying to David that although he has many cases we have been made to feel like we were the only ones he was dealing with, a very personal and professional experience. Given our circumstances I still don’t know how David did it but he managed to get us a mortgage with a high street bank at a rate of just over 2%! I’ve read reviews about the fee simply charge and all I can say is you get what you pay for. If you want a personal professional VIP experience with someone who knows exactly what they are doing and are there to walk you through everything you have to pay for that. Obviously if you want a stressful long draw out process with a less professional broker then you pay slightly less but you get what you pay for! Overall an amazing experience worth every penny. David, a massive thank you to you and your team for all your help, hard work and amazing service!”

“Simply were extremely helpful and secured a remortgage for me that no other broker could have accessed. Due to a bad credit rating it was difficult for me to get a good deal, but simply came through with an offer from a recognised and established bank and I'm delighted with the service they provided.”

“When I approached Mortgage Thoughts I thought all hope was lost, my case was complex and Id had a bad experience with a previous broker. Emma was understanding and reassured me, i was not just a number. Emma managed my case brilliantly from beginning to end, making sure i understood the process every step of the way. “I thought I couldn’t get a mortgage due to previous credit problems and having a low credit score , but thanks to simply investment we’ve manage to get a mortgage offer and are at the closing stages of the process . Haven’t had any problems with them”
