“Shipping was awful - it took more than a week for the package to even leave Sealskinz and nearly a month to arrive. I ordered the day after Thanksgiving and the package almost missed Christmas. Be warned - these ship from the UK! If you need items in a timely manner I do not recommend ordering from Sealskinz.”

“The hat I ordered was too small so I asked for it to be exchanged for a larger size which was done without quibble. Using the post office meant it arrived promptly.”

“Fantastic equipment. My son has been using Sealskinz gloves in very cold and damp conditions, his hands remain warm and dry. I bought him a beanie for Christmas, which he is equally pleased with. Now to purchase something for myself!”

“I ordered a Beanie on the 10th December for a Secret Santa, however the order hadn't arrived by the 17th December - tracking said that it was ready for delivery but the next stage of 'van out' was never activated. I phoned Customer Service and spoke with Sophie in the Customer Experience Team who answered the enquiry with professionalism, a friendly manner and efficiency and arranged for another order to be expedited urgently. Sophie followed up my phonecall with an email letter confirming the arrangements that had been made for delivery the following day which did indeed happen. (The original order never arrived). I would like to compliment Sophie on her handling of the non-delivery, from my experience she is a real asset to Sealskinz Ltd; I don't know whether you have an internal award system, if so I would highly recommend she receives one. While my first impression of the company wasn't too favourable in view of the non-delivery, which was annoying as was time sensitive, Sophie's handling of the situation turned the negative around. (With regard the question below as to how the parcel was delivered, I wasn't in pesonally to receive so cannot specifically say).”

“Service was good but disappointed that the gloves were tight on the wrist even tough I went up a size from my measurement. I would struggle taking off and putting on when my hands become hot while cycling. Same as I liked the gloves”
