“Very easy to contact and excellent service.”

“I cannot write about your product because I never received it. After over three weeks of waiting, I canceled my order as I was very upset at the time it was taking to deliver it. I thought that was absolutely ridiculous!! When I first contacted you about the product, you said you were going to get a hold of the carrier. I waited a whole day and nobody ever got back to me or checked with the carrier. My guess is that order is still lost somewhere and nobody’s doing anything about it. I don’t know how you can try to sell products with a month or more of delivery time My God it was just a pair of mittens and I can’t believe it takes that long to ship a pair.”

“I have not had a chance to use the socks yet, but they fit well. They are what was recommended that I use for rowing sculls in the winter.”

“The product is great and the company was responsive to my questions. I rated 4 stars because it took so long to get my order.”

“Excellent first experience. Customer service has been very responsive and helpful. I cannot comment on the socks that we bought, as my son has not had a chance to use them but they’ve come highly recommended by fellow US Marines. Additionally, I accidentally placed a pair of socks in my cart and did not notice. The return was an easy process- email for a pre-paid FedEx label.”

“Returning gloves as wrong size! Website had unisex sizing, but my daughter who chose them, used a link on your website to chose her size for females that was way off the unisex sizing.”
