“I got a voucher from you due to your waterproof guarantee. I then bought new items. All was well. One of my new items were socks and after first was they looked in bad shape. I wrote back to you. Wanted a full refund as they were new. Was informed I could only have £6 refund instead of the £17 I paid for them as originally my item that I needed the waterproof guarantee voucher was bought at Cotswolds Outdoor. I find this really annoying and have decided not to get refund as I would be loosing money. What was especially annoying was you sent me a script saying you expect this from wool socks.”

“Purchased for husband who is a twitcher and can be out in all weathers. The fact it folds up is a bonus. He’s not sure about the credit card pocket on the cap. Other than that it’s a great cap for him at a great price.”

“Great gloves, very well made. I liked the first pair so much but they were a tad small for me so I gave them to my wife (she loves them) and bought myself two more pairs a size larger and they fit perfectly!”

“Firstly the hats stitching came undone. A replacement was swiftly dispatched, however, the package was delivered to the wrong address and took several days to find. The replacement hat will now not be used until the winter.”

“I had to return a pair of Sealskinz skiing gloves that had split in several places, after less than three weeks of use. Having provided proof of purchase (approximately three years prior) Sealskinz promptly sent a voucher to the value of equivalent gloves; excellent customer service.”

“As a window cleaner I have known of this brand for many a year, their winter gloves with waterproof membrane and have a life saver or job saver to be more accurate. Unaware of summer lighter options until now, true there water resistant not proof but that ok in the heat, they do protect my hands from real grime now. They look great too. I have navy that is keeping the colour, the pink ones my wife wears are becoming grey over time but we're both happy to recommend”
