“The very expensive gloves I ordered with a long lead time for a trip to Canada were so late in arriving for delivery that I literally received the package delivery when on the plane leaving on the trip. When I had complained about this prior to delivery the response I received included a note that the company policy was that abusive language would not be tolerated and when I wrote back that I didn’t consider my expression of frustration was not abusive language I was told that was standard procedure. Hint, speed up delivery, you’ll need to send the abusive language warning less frequently in the future.”

“Sealskinz, don't leave home without them. Seriously the best gloves I've ever owned. I've got a pair in my truck just in case, a pair in the barn for work, a pair in house by the door at the ready for whatever, two pair in my adventure go-bag that get me thru all that I use that gear for. And the Sealskinz CS is as good as the gloves.”

“I ordered some thermal socks from sealskins, selected the options, thermal socks, road cycling, and cold weather. three options appeared, I chose the Caister. These socks are just not warm. I've experienced very cold feet on the two occasions ive used them. This despite wearing suitable cycling shoes, and endura winter neoprene overshoes.”
