“We are happy with the purchase of the Kirstead Waterproof Extreme Cold Hat though it will not be tested until the end of the month when we embark on a cruise to Antarctica. I do, however, have to return it for a larger size. The return process is unclear to me and I am still awaiting instruction on how to do so after I emailed the site last week.”

“I got the beanie with the built in LCD headlamp that is also waterproof. It's everything I wanted all in one! Warm, dry and bright! The beanie is high quality with an internal liner for extra protection.”

“There was an issue with my order and I contacted Sealskinz, their customer service is the best I've come across. The problem was rectified quickly and the colleagues I emailed were really brilliant. The item itself was also very well received by the recipient, as it was a gift, really great quality.”

“I've bought Sealskinz gloves before & been very happy with the product, but noticed some disparity over the sizing, so I measured my hands & was recommended a medium. On wearing the gloves, I thought they were rather on the small size, however on the first cold day of December the real disappointment was that they were certainly not cold weather gloves. This was compounded by the fact that on the first day of snow in January the staining of the leather appears to have melted away on the fingertips. Please see attached photo.”
