“Had a pair of gloves that developed defective stitching. Customer service were absolutely fantastic and arranged replacement under warranty. Replacement gloves arrived within 2 days. Sealskinz customer service thank you.”

“Great products, good prices and they just work. Have a good selection of socks for different activities and I never get cold or wet feet, buy once and buy the best on the market. Any outside activity walking, cycling, running or hunting these socks will do it all.”

“i have already sent email few weeks ago but no reply - Dear Sealskinz Team, I recently placed an order with you (Order Number: UK355477) for two pairs of waterproof socks. However, the ones I received are the thin version, whereas I have consistently ordered the thicker version over the past several years. I have been a long-time customer of Sealskinz, purchasing from you for the last 10 years. While I have often used the guest checkout, my previous orders have always been for the thicker waterproof socks. If you check my past orders under my name and address (2A Holly Park Drive, Bradford BD7 40A), you will see that I have consistently bought the same type. I'd like to return these two pairs and get the correct thicker version instead. Please let me know: 1. The return process for these socks. 2. The correct item reference for the thicker version. 3. “Very disappointed in the quality and response of this company. I have an email to address the issues I have with these gloves considering the price I paid for them. They are not as warm as it saids, the seal logo immediately started to fall off on day one wearing them and sent email to your support team and got no response nor could I have find a way to return these gloves.”

“Die Bestellung war unkompliziert, bei der Lieferung sollte man etwas Geduld mitbringen. Ich habe Schugrösse 40 und habe die Socken Raynham in Größe M gekauft, die etwas zu Groß sind. Bin bisher noch keine längere Tour gelaufen, im Test von einer kleinen Rund überraschender Weise bequem zu tragen in meinen Wanderstiefeln.”
