“I ordered the Sallie foldable cap on November 21, 2023 for a Christmas present. By December 20 I had not received my order. I contacted customer service and Krystal Wolff was very helpful. She reissued my order and I received it on January 8, 2024. I had to contact her several times to get a tracking number but I finally received the cap. My husband likes the cap, unfortunately he did not get it during the holiday.”

“I'd consider myself to have average sized hands so got the medium which were a bit tight. So maybe get a size up from what you think. Otherwise great, comfy and waterproof and warm. Got for all weather including cold -5 temperature on the bike.”
