“I purchased two extra- large Bacton cold weather beanie hats as a gift for a man with a big head. This size is usually very difficult to find. First of all the size was perfect. Secondly, he loved the quality and warmth of the hats, both lined with microfleece for comfort. I highly recommend!”

“The hat works well under a helmet. Just need to make sure you stretch the quite tight elastic by pulling rim hard when placing on your helmet. Prevents me get pressure points. For me the elastic is too tight for a hat to be worn under a helmet. You could argue do you need it. I'd consider in the design to make it releaseable, so you can choose when to have it. I had one from them for 12-years but lost it on a recent ride”
