“Introductory offer codes don't work, and postage isn't covered for orders. Buying gloves is very similar to buying shoes: it's often very hard to find something that fits comfortably, so it's a risk buying from somewhere where you're charged for postage if something doesn't fit.”

“These gloves are expensive but I managed to get 60% off the cost which made it more reasonable. The sizing for me is perfect for the hand but the fingers are a bit long. However, I have been using them for skiing and have not found this to be a problem. The temperature setting is easy to control, and lasts pretty much as long as I expected. I might buy more batteries for my next trip as they only last a few 2-3 hours on the highest setting”

“I have had to return my order twice for a replacement due to the fit. The ordering and returns experience was excellent and I can have no complaints but as a company I think you need to take a look at your sizing guides.”

“Purchase and returns have worked. Products Filby - i have raynauds and i have used these on 3 long rides and they work. Needed a larger size compared to Anmer. Anmer- brilliant glove they have lasted three seasons of mtb and walking. Thetford- poor product, hard to fit and damaged after first ride Waterproof sock- not sure which model i have. Good point good thermal Insulation Down point- has to be warn with over trousers. They fill with water and sweat”

“I wouldn’t be without my waterproof beanie hat! I wear it walking my dog in the rain and it keeps me warm and my hair totally dry - so much easier than trying to hold up a hood in the wind . The hat is a good fit , stylish and comes in colours to suit everyone’s taste .”

“Great products and quality. I have purchased two pairs of heated gloves and a beanie hat. Delivery from order was very quick. My only negative feedback is the email contact is answered by AI and not real humans so is very black and white with no personal touch and there is no telephone number to ring and speak to a real person which is very disappointing.”
